I am reading different another sites and forum, Canada discourage immigration system.
Canadian High commission have ability to resolve with in few months backlog cases in all over world canadian embassies.
but canadian govt nothing take interest.

if you see previous cases history , applicant wait from seven year 2nd AOR.
I think seven years very meaning for every person.

I think all country two to three person receive medicle or 2nd AOR, we all applicant think, next day my applicant.
Reality is different

Yesterday I received a chaque from Receiver General of Canada of 550 CAD for my fee refund, because my case for Skilled worker has rejected.

I want to know, from where I cash it? From bank or from money exchanger?

Anyone please suggest.

deposit it on your personal account and it will clear with in 45 working days after dudection of some clearing fee

Today my Ecas has changed to RBVO from InProcess. Details are as under:

We received your application for permanent residence on May 28, 2010.
 
Medical results have been received.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

Please be informed that I have neither received my 2nd AOR nor sent any Medical to CHC London.

its not a simple cheque nor a payorder  its a D.D  just deposit on your personal account if its on your own name and it will take 45 days for clearing after dudection of some charges money will be there in your account .

I had applied for FSW in April, 2009 and submitted full application with required documents on 28th August, 2009 to CHC-Islamabad, Pakistan.
 
As per the CIC online application status, my application was transferred to CHC London on 30th June, 2010. My application status is now changed to “IN PROCESS” after review and processing was started on October 20, 2010

My daughter was born in APRIL, 2010, I immediately informed CHC Islamabad and they sent me following response:

Now, as my application has became "IN PROCESS", I want to add my baby as dependent in my active application so please let me know which documents I need to submit for this purpose and to whom, I need to send the Demand Draft of the processing fee of my kid?

You need to submit them, the following documents for the addition of new born baby in your active application. But I assume that CHC London will not accept your documents at this stage. They will ask you to submit these documents when they will ask you. But I suggest you, it is better to first Send them an email [case specific enquiry] to intimate them about the child. [you will get back reply within 15 days]

1. birth certificate at nadra.
2- After BC apply for CRC[Child registration certificate] at nadra.
3- After that apply for passport. Better to apply urgent passport. Rs 4000/- in 7 days.
4- 4 photographs of child cic specification.
5- Amend/update forms for child.
6- 150/-cad$ fee    
7- send notarized copy of child BC.
8- Send copy of child passport.
9-Send notarized copy of CRC.

my online status has now changed to IN Process by 15.02.2011. my baby born in March-10 immemorially i informed CIC & they replied that "the information will be placed on you file" now as my status has changed to IN PROCESS i want to add my baby in application. i wrote to CIC-Londan to inquire about documents to submit? & person to who should i submit. they replied me as under:

Thank you for your enquiry.
 
As of April 1, 2010, applications for permanent residence under the Economic categories for citizens or residents of Pakistan will be processed by our office in London, UK.  The economic categories are comprised of Federal skilled Workers, Federal Investors, Self-Employed, Entrepreneurs, Provincial Nominees and Quebec-selected Permanent Workers and Business People.  Although Islamabad will continue processing a few applications that are close to completion, the majority are being transferred to London.  The file transfer of existing permanent residence applications under the Economic categories is currently underway.
 
Your application has been transferred and will be processed in London, please be advised that our office will contact you when we are in a position to begin processing your application.  Please wait until this time before providing any new information relating to changes in your personal circumstances, additional dependents, new employment, education or new identity documents.
 
At this point, it is too early to tell what the new processing times will be for these cases in London.  We regret that we cannot provide a schedule for the assessment of files and that our office cannot provide status updates at this time.
 
Our office sends immigration decisions and information requests by post or email to the mailing address or email address provided in the application. Therefore, it is important that our office be notified immediately of any change of address or email address.  Please also notify us if you would like to withdraw your application.  For all other updates, wait until you are contacted by our office.
