my online status has now changed to IN Process by 15.02.2011. my baby born in March-10 immemorially i informed CIC & they replied that "the information will be placed on you file" now as my status has changed to IN PROCESS i want to add my baby in application. i wrote to CIC-Londan to inquire about documents to submit? & person to who should i submit. they replied me as under:
Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for your enquiry. As of April 1, 2010, applications for permanent residence under the Economic categories for citizens or residents of Pakistan will be processed by our office in London, UK. The economic categories are comprised of Federal skilled Workers, Federal Investors, Self-Employed, Entrepreneurs, Provincial Nominees and Quebec-selected Permanent Workers and Business People. Although Islamabad will continue processing a few applications that are close to completion, the majority are being transferred to London. The file transfer of existing permanent residence applications under the Economic categories is currently underway. Your application has been transferred and will be processed in London, please be advised that our office will contact you when we are in a position to begin processing your application. Please wait until this time before providing any new information relating to changes in your personal circumstances, additional dependents, new employment, education or new identity documents. At this point, it is too early to tell what the new processing times will be for these cases in London. We regret that we cannot provide a schedule for the assessment of files and that our office cannot provide status updates at this time. Our office sends immigration decisions and information requests by post or email to the mailing address or email address provided in the application. Therefore, it is important that our office be notified immediately of any change of address or email address. Please also notify us if you would like to withdraw your application. For all other updates, wait until you are contacted by our office. We thank you for your patience during this transition period and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum. Yours sincerely, Client Service Unit (ASV) Immigration and Medical Services Division | Direction de l'immigration et des services médicaux Canadian High Commission | Haut-commissariat du Canada 38 Grosvenor Street London, W1K 4AA | Londres, W1K 4AA United Kingdom | Royaume-Uni
now as they are asking me to wait, i feel to send them the documents, some one help me regardin:
e-mail ID for corresponding with Landon Office? what documents should i submit? to whom should i submit documents?

Dear haral very good info (the table) +1 for you. As I observed that total number of visas from Islamabad are 3975 except skilled workers. If you see the statement of Minister Kenney on 16th Feb he mentioned that ” Many of those immigrants came from great cricket-playing nations, including 30,246 from India, 5, 205 from the countries that make up the West Indies, 4,985 from Pakistan, 4,363 from Bangladesh, 4,181 from Sri Lanka, 1,349 from South Africa. We even welcomed 9,501 immigrants from the United Kingdom, including England and Scotland, 1,132 Australians, and 563 New Zealanders”. The total number of Immigrants in 2010 from Pakistan was 4985, that means if they maintain this number for 2011 then it means only (4985-3975) =1010 visas for Pakistan in skilled worker category? The other thing I noticed that they reduced the total number of Immigrants from 30246 to 18965 for New Delhi applicants for this year. It means that they have decided to reduce the total number of Immigrants as compared to the last year's high number. My question is if this is the scenario then where are we standing I mean the Pakistani skilled workers?

hi send him passport copy for your baby , birth certificate, and 150 CAD fee for new adition Dear Sir/Madam, Good Day! I had applied for FSW in April, 2009 and submitted full application with required documents on 28th August, 2009 to CHC-Islamabad, Pakistan. As per the CIC online application status, my application was transferred to CHC London on 30th June, 2010. My application status is now changed to IN PROCESS after review and processing was started on October 20, 2010
My daughter was born in APRIL, 2010, I immediately informed CHC Islamabad and they sent me following response:
"
File number:
Dear Client,
This is in response to your email (see below).
The information provided will be placed on your file.
For future reference, in all correspondence to our office, please refer to the applicant's full name, date of birth, and file number.
Regards,
Immigration Section
Canadian High Commission, Islamabad
P.O. Box 1042, Islamabad, Pakistan
"
Now, as my application has became "IN PROCESS", I want to add my baby as dependent in my active application so please let me know which documents I need to submit for this purpose and to whom, I need to send the Demand Draft of the processing fee of my kid?
I therefore kindly request you to please elaborate the procedure in this situation

well i cant say whats their methodology of assigning number of applicants from each country but all numbers have been reduced since they have reduced almost 20% of applications under FSW-1 category - I think we from Pakistan will still be able to manage to number of visas close to 4500/ since there's a surge for immigration applications from Pakistan because of the security situation in here. Dear haral very good info (the table) +1 for you. As I observed that total number of visas from Islamabad are 3975 except skilled workers. There is capped limit of 1000 people per category but still after passage of 6 months very few pople have applied for following categories
811 Primary Production Managers (except Agriculture) 77 3215 Medical Radiation Technologists 28 3222 Dental Hygienists and Dental Therapists 12 3233 Licensed Practical Nurses 76 4151 Psychologists 88 6241 Chefs 67 7215 Contractors and Supervisors, Carpentry Trades 65 7241 Electricians (except Industrial and Power System) 91 7242 Industrial Electricians 105 7251 Plumbers 28 7265 Welders and Related Machine Operators 32 7312 Heavy-Duty Equipment Mechanics 28 7371 Crane Operators 2 7372 Drillers and Blasters – Surface Mining, Quarrying and Construction 9 8222 Supervisors, Oil and Gas Drilling and Service 46
It clearly showing that people are feeling difficulties in applying for immigration, therefore Canadians authorities should make changes and relaxations in their immigration process,at present it is simply impossible for a person to apply for immigration who is not having any relative in Canada. Even a person having Master Degree,IELTS 7.0 SCORE,Experience of 20 years, even then he will need score 0f 5 points due to his relative for compliance of 67 marks.

Today my Ecas has changed to RBVO from InProcess. Details are as under:
We received your application for permanent residence on May 28, 2010. Medical results have been received. We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 13, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
Please be informed that I have neither received my 2nd AOR nor sent any Medical to CHC London.

Dear All , I think to better understand e-cas status. There are 2 different links are given to us. One is Application for Permanent Residence Outside Canada for Pre 26 June applicant https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/redir.do?redir=app_perm_fam&lang=en&app=ecasAND Second is : Application for Permanent Residence - Federal Skilled Worker submitted to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) Sydney, Nova Scotia -- Post 26 June applicant https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/redir.do?redir=app_perm_wrkr&lang=en&app=ecasHope this will help to clear sort of confusion on e-cas. Regards, Mayank
