I am applying as a FSW. There is one thing which is confusing. The Visa office checklist is asking for the same forms again which i have attached with the other checklist (CIO Checklist). Shall i attach these forms with this checklist also or other will do. Pls advice.

One  reason to put a file in in process is when you send some additional documents or send change of any status on your application the pick your file and probably the file movement shows in process.

Yesterday I was browsing the CIC web site and found that the In process status does not mean that your paper screening has been done, rather it will be done . 
I think VO has changed the status in process to insure that the money should not be refunded.
When does processing start?
Processing begins once the visa office has determined that the application is eligible for processing. In practice, this means the application will be assessed against the Ministerial Instructions. If it is determined that the applicant meets the Instructions, a“1” will be entered at the paper-screening (T-11) stage. This will indicate that the file has entered processing and no refund will be permitted after this point. The usual Federal Skilled Worker paper screening will then begin. If a visa officer discovers during processing (e.g., at interview or through document/reference verifications) that the applicant does not have work experience in one of the NOC codes specified, the officer will refuse the application and the applicant will not be eligible for a refund.

I think IN Process status is not ERROR see this link one applicant got IN Process date today but before this his status Details same as RBVO.

The much awaited line has appeared:

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 8, 2011!!!

Proof of funds for the family of four is $20,654.
In Schedule 3-Econimic Classes i have entered $23500 as funds available for transfer.

Whereas i am supposed to maintain $20654 limit.

Can i go below the declared $23500 amount or i am bound to maintain it?

Mine is still showing DECISION MADE but I got an email today. I think its 2nd AOR and the online DECISION MADE is something else
