I had applied under skilled worker class in May2008. then london visa office had started processing in Aug2008.so i recived my first letter in sep2008 in which VOL told me that my case wil be process under new laws.
after that in Jan2009 i recived my second letter in which they asked me for my all documents. i went Pakistan and did my ILETS from AEO Islamabad. and sent my all documents. then i received agian one more letter in which VOL asked me for all the orgional educational documents of me and my wife.which i sent them.and recived by them April2009.
Now after that i did not receive any new letter or response from VOL .So any one can tell me about my case and what will be next step.

Dear All,
I am preparing my documents to be submitted to the Isl visa office inshallah but before that i have a few problems to solve.

1.When the first forms were send to the CIC intake office i made a mistake in calculating the experience although the dates are right but instead of selecting experience(1 year less then 2) i selected the  2 years but less then 3 check box.now i am wondering whether i should correct this mistake and mention it in the covering letter or  not ,or just leave it as the dates are correct and send the form as it was .

2.Should i update the forms by adding the 2 months which have been gained as an experience in the whole process or just mention this factor in the covering letter.

3.Is it necessary to submit your past contracts as in my case i got it made now for the year 2005 which unfortunately has 2007 on it which i have to omitt by pen and correct it.Is this applicable as getting the contract again will be a real pain in the neck, any suggestions.

Warm Regards

Hi,

You can do it yourself. Myself and My friend did the same and send to FBI with $18 charged to our credit cards and the results were back within a month.

Hello Mr. Domingo will they accept FBI report like that also do the Canadians do their own inquiries about the police report because it will make the process longer if they do it then or they just read the report whatever it says

The report will be issued by FBI itself. I am just saying take a printout of the form from FBI website, do you own finger print and send to FBI with $18 payment. They will issue a report that can be submitted to CIC.

First of all; Salam to all. I am new to this forum and planning to apply for Canadina Immigration under skilled worker Category.

I completed my IELTS last year and have Overall band 7 while minimum in 2 modules was 6.5 and one module have 7 and other one have 7.5. Ok I have done 3 Years of BCS(Hons) and 1 Year of MS(IT) With specialization in Telecom. I have a total of 5 years of experience in and worked as NSS Engg in Mobilink; then in one American Company and worked with Nokia Siemens Networks Bahrain. So I am a telecom guy.

Now working in Nokia Siemens Networks Pakistna but m still not a Manager. :-(

I visited some consultant and he told me that I can apply under IT Manager Occupation by representing a 2 number letter of some local company. But I need advise from senior guys that if there is any proper way for me to apply for immigration or I have to follow this 2 number path and would it be successful.

One more thing is that my Wife is well literate and I also have my real uncle in Toronto.

Waiting for suggestions from senior guys.

Regards.

af Mamoon ....what is yor wife's status.... She is a house wife or professional?
and Secondly i dont recomend you to choose this number 2 way to get immigration bec as long as i know that in my case they made various enquries from different offices to make sure that my application is not fake........Either you wait for a period of time and see if next changes do include your profession as minesterail insructions. Best Of Luck.

You are not eligible to apply if you are not a Manager
