hi to everyone
i applied in June and have received acceptance letter in fist week of August, they advise me to submit details of application alogwith documents within 120 days in Islamabad.... how long the process is remaining is my process is faster or not.... please also advise me whether i show bank statement for one month or more because i have to arrange for proof of funds.....

Congratulations AAK. Best of luck with full application and documents. The fastest action from your side will take you in better position in your respective queue. For the time lines better you go and compare with others at trackitt.com
Your one month (proof of funds) statement would be risky. If you can satisfy immigration officer that funds you mobilized into your account are your own and can show the source where you have moved from. On top of all, statment must be 6 months period (but not less than 3 months in any case).

After last time i posted, events that happened to me were that i was asked to submit another Police Cert. from another city i lived in. So i sent it.

Then i got my medicals done. After that it's silence. Shanbaba got RPRF & PP request 19 days after medicals were sent while ImranAli got it 21 days after meds sent.

It's been 27 days since my meds were sent, i haven't herd anything yet.
I'll update my signature. InshAllah.

My question is that i just got new passport, if CHC sends me PP request should i send just the new one or the old one too???

I have a question, My name is ahmad in documents I use ahmad with a, whether in passport it is ahmed with e at the end. same matter with my son, his name is mohammad in documents but at passport it is muhammad.
Please advice me what spelling I should use in Immigration forms?

Thank you again for your kind wishes.

Today was a very strange day for me. As I was writing my previous post, I saw two ladies and a gentleman walk past my office room towards my GM Administration room. Later I learnt that the team had asked him as to how long I had been there with this office and what is my designation etc. Of course, I have a much longer stay than my GM Admin's three year stay in the office.

At one stage, when I walked into my boss's room, I saw these people now sitting there with him. I was introduced to them, and then politely advised by my boss to excuse them as they had come for some 'official matter'. Later he informed me that they were from CHC and they had inquired about nature of my job, duties which I perform etc. Some of the information was related to HR, to which they complained that HR had not provided them with my appointment letter. (I was told later by my HR that they were carrying my contract copy on which there is the Company job offer to me and my job acceptance signatures. I had attached my contract copy with my complete documents, and HR manager had shown them the same office copy but had refused to give them as it was office document. They had commented on the paper appearing to be new, cleanliness of the file, my remunerations etc so my HR manager had pulled out a few other files to show them the comparison, offered to call people from my pay section preparing my pay slips, but they were not interested).

Now I would correct here that one of the two ladies was a Canadian, Ms. Alissar Ribahi, 2nd secretary, CHC. She left her visiting card with my boss. The other two were Pakistanis. They carried a digital camera with them.

It is good that they investigated thoroughly, for I myself would not like to have even a shadow of doubt in my assessment. The only strange thing is the composition of team, and I suspect that the two Pakistanis could be trainees with the Canadian lady.

Lets see what is the outcome of this visit, but one thing for sure...CHC is working progressively and it was my turn now.

How can you send old passoprt...it will be expired if not then must be in  possession of Passport issuing authority...Dont you know it is illegal to keep two valid passport at one time

We are located in ETC building, next to Marriott Hotel. Quite convenient location.

manj, looks like your office is somewhere in blue area or secretariate area because that is very closed to CHC Islamabad. my previous office is also in Secretariate which means they may do the same in my case also. Ya ALLAH khair .
