HOT-LIAR CAN YOU PLEASE COMMENT ON THE FOLLWOING

"I am in Botswana with my family, and Botswana passport holder don't need visa for Canada. My uncle used to visit relatives in Canada (he is Botswana citizen since 1975). The travel agents told him that as on your passport birth place is Pakistan and your name starts with Muhammad. Although you don't need a visa but you need special security clearance from Canada High Commission, Pretoria. When he contacts CHC, Pretoria they give him a bundle of requirements to get security clearance.
Than I contact that travel agent and ask him about this issue. He explained me that there are many countries (among Botswana) who don't need visa for Canada but new instruction issued that if any person from visa free country have any type of connection with Pakistan or names MUHMMAD must be scrutinized (beard is also need to scanned).
Than I further asked him what about immigration process, he says “they also treating it in the same way”

That is my experience and source, please share your views."

Dear Cut....I am really surprised after reading the whole issue. This is very unfair and stupid i believe. For the country it makes sense that you are making extra checks for certain nationals or persons due to any reason or problem in a particular country or place. But offcource this is very insulting and specially of being a Muslim i think that every second Muslim have a first name or Second name As Muhammad. It does't make any sense to discriminate a person just bec of a name. For example George is a terrorist in USA and it will be very funny that we ban all of the people having the same name in all over the world. These people claim to be  very open and moderate society but if some person or Government is really doing it , then they just need a doctor. Though my name does't include Muhammad name but i believe that if they refuse me bec i am a muslim then i will be luckiest person on this earth and dont need to grow my kids in a society which has this type of third class mentality. As a person i have great respect for all of the religions and belive in freedom and practice of any fashion.

But as long as my experience is concerend with western Society it allways have been excellent. Common people living in these countries mostly are very nice and I know many Muslim settled in Various Western countries and living a very secure and free life regarding their religion and same as many Mulsims from Pakistan and many other countries are being migrated to Australia, Canada, UK without any discrimination and with the name of Muhammad.

Recently my Federal Skilled Worker application has been approved at CIC Sydney, Canada. However, due to Basic French language exam I am unable to submit full application for immigration before 120 days. Therefore, I am planning to withdrawal my application.

And My sister who is a Canadian citizen would like to sponsor me under Family Stream – Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program. I thought it would be fast process but on website it is mention that Candidate assessments may take up to 31 months.

I would like to write a letter to withdraw my application and refund of fees. What should i write in letter?

They wrote in email that

Until the visa office (which visa office?) has received your completed application, it will not accept, respond to, or attach to your file any interim correspondence, EXCEPT:

 

• Change of address, including change of e-mail address;

• Change of immigration representative;

• Request for withdrawal of your application and refund of fees;

• Submission of an Arranged Employment Opinion approved by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada

 As i am interesting to withdraw my application which visa office should i contact? I reply to the email couple of times but recieve no feedback yet.

What should i do now to get back my $550?

Dear Baku Salman........... Just write CHC, Islamabad a letter with subject : Request for the "withdrawl of FSW Application"  and also mention the file number (Issued by Nova Scotia) while refering to your application. and you can mail it or fax it to office and definattely you will get the reply within 15 working days.

Is it ok to write in this manner or I should I need to explain the reason why I am withdrawing my case?

Actually I mentioned while filling the forms that I have already took TEF Basic French exam but IF I write to CHC Islamabad that I can't write TEF exam since Basic French course takes about 6 months to get complete..... will it work?

Is it possible that they may grant me concession? July 11 2009 I am starting Level 1 of Basic French From French alliance.

If i sent Regsitration of my French course enrollment along with Full application to CHC islamabad Do you think they will wait for me?
Is there anyway to secure my CASE?

If i withdraw my case and after 4 months apply again, Would be there any negative impact on my application since i will need to mention on my application form that yes i applied for immigration but later withdraw my case due to some domestic problem ?

Yesterday my paternal aunt came from Canada to Pakistan she is Canadian citizen and 60+ older, she went there on visit visa later on got sponsered by her daughter. I told and show her my interest for canadain Immigration and as per provided information on this forum I asked her for her Marriager and birth certificate for claiming 5 points but she said that she already has lost her (Pakistani)marriage certificate and birth certificate as well, although, she can provide me her copy of Citizen card, copy of Canadian passport, SIN ..etc..

you guys pls suggest either these documents could support my application for claiming 5 points? or do I required additional documents for the same?

You can get duplicate birth certificate from concerned Union Council/authority
If she has some educational documents, then there wil be your grand-father name written on it.
She can also get her Family Registration Certificate from NADRA that will show name of her father and mother

Be carefull nimiboy As i have observed from Atif butt's case....Yes you can provide a copy of her passport and citizen ship card but above all is that you could prove that she is the real sister of your mother. I hope you get my point. May be the Bey from your mothers family is the best way to prove that , which will be definatelly having information about your granparents and then the sisters and brothers of your mother's family. When you provide them any passport copy or citizenship then it is just a finger click for them to check that person history on line. But above all you have to prove the relation , otherwise you will loose the numbers and what ever you provide etc.

Yes definitely she is real sister of my father but unfortunately she has lost her documents, currently she is staying at my home but I am working in KSA, I am unable to arrange her duplicate documents from concerned authorities from Pakistan in my absence and her all family members living in Canada.

I know that CIC can get all the data like my grand father name by just one click through her ID. But pls advice that her copy of Citizenship card, copy of Canadian passport, SIN would be enough for the same or mariage and birth certificates are mandatory??
