What does it mean by the way? On one side it says job offer confirmed by HRSDC do not need to have an experience in one of the occupation in 38 List, On the hand it says Experience must be in skill Level O,A and B only?
If you have a valid job offer confirmed by HRSDC, then you do not need to have experience in one of the occupations in 38 list but your exerience must be in Skill Level O, A and B only
Applicant shall be awarded point for work experience fall under Skill Level O, A and B ONLY... To be eligible to qualify You must have experience of one year in 38 list CAT I If you have job offer then you don,t need this CAT 2
For all FSW categories, CIC has devided different skills in three categories, these are , category "O" , "A" or "B". category "O" called FSW-1 , same as follow, category A= FSW-2 and category B= FSW-3. So let make it short, You need work experience any of category O, A and B for be eligible for apply, even you are applying with Job offer or without Job offer, You work experience should to fall under these theree categories only. Now, FSW-2 and FSW-3 skills need a Approved Job offer from HRSDC, if you have experience in any job that falls under those categories, you can't apply without job offer. FSW-1 is category where you dont need a job offer but your experience should to fall within 38 list.

Mahroof
O, A and B are skill level on NOC description table, not Categories for FSW.
Three Categories are CAT I, II and III
In CAT I, u need an occupation in 38 list In CAT II, u need job offer In CAT III, u need one year stay as student or worker
So even if fall in either of these three cateogries, you total experience for which u r claiming points should Skill Level O or A or B on the NOC description list... for example you cannot claim points for Cash Officer because it is skill level D...
So O, A and B are Skill levels, not categories

I want to discuss the impact of current situation of Pakistan on Canadian immigration.
Any person with beard and name with “MUHAMMAD” must be scrutinized thoroughly. (it's a policy after 9/11) Since the talban's put Pakistan on fire, Instead of doing proper security check they just drop the application of such a candidate. By saying “your experience doesn't match” or “education points are not enough”
It is not an official declaration but they are practicing it.
I have some examples of such denied cases.
Please share your views.

If you have been the regular student of any institution or School then the school name and if you did it as external student (Private ) then you will mention the name of that body who is responsible or certify that certificate or degree.

though my question is not at all related to my situation, but this just popped up in my mind and i thought why not post it as this may benefit someone else in the future. in punjab (pakistan), all the bachelor degrees are usually issued by punjab university lahore. same goes with other provinces like sindh and NWFP as well. all the bachelors degrees in sindh are issued by karachi university and in NWFP by peshawar university. now let's suppose... if a person does a BA or BSc from a college in punjab, his bachelor degree will be actually issued by punjab university lahore and will have the name of punjab university on it. what will that person write in such a case? will he write punjab university? or will he write the name of his college? just like i said, this is not related to my situation. but since we guys are discussing different things in this forum, i would like to know of your thoughts

I would like to know how long it takes to process the case eligibility at CIO for application sent by CHC Islamabad ( I am in list of 38). I applied in May 2008 and my application was transfered to CIO Sydney for further processing in March 2009. My E-CAS show "Application Received".
