Be in contact with your Workplace BOSS who signed your Experience letter as well as HR Official (for verification of your JOB).

I am afraid it sounds Like rejection. Just email [Case specific enquiry] to CIc enquiring about your application status or ordered caips to find the exact status of your file.
When you received verification call what did they verify? and did you or your employer give them satisfied reply. It seems like you were leery in your work experience.

Hi All,

1 - I have a work experience of over 4 years in NOC 1233 (Insurance Claim Adjuster), which is in the Occupation short-listed under Ministerial Decision. I worked from Feb 2002 till Aug 2006. However the company belongs to my Father in Law (who was just a boss then).

Now I am worried if this will reduce the creditability of my work experience or experience certificate in front of immigrations. If yes, than what should I do?

2 - Another question is that in the Guide it is said that Policy Certificate is not required at this stage, however in the Visa office specific Docs list they mentioned it. So what is correct, Does one have to sent the certificate with the application it self or wait until later when the immigration officer themselves ask for it.
My worry is what if the process takes more than 3 months, since the police certificate will be valid for 3 months only.

3 - Is Diabetic Considered a Disease which leads to a Failure in Medcial Examination for Canadian Immigration
I will appreciate few opinions / suggestion for experienced friends.

in ist week of may nd they asked my wife becoz my wife is main applicant friend nd they asked her when we send  full docoments wat she do wat is TCS recipt number how many kids we have,2nd file number 2nd AOR how many cad$ we paid,about my date of birth, all in positive way she told them nd at end they said that they r randomly verifiy about her in very friendly mood nd they said too wish u good luck and after few days we recived 2nd AOR with new file number friend.may my ALLAH  keep us safe nd our alll wishes become true(AMIEN)

Well CIC don't normally ask these kind of questions. When they wanna cross verify they call to applicant and enquire only about job duties, date of joining, designation, salary etc. But the way they enquired from your wife looks pretty weird. They never asked about courier receipt number, date of birth, fees etc.
As you said verification took place before 2nd AOR, it normally occurs after 2nd AOR. Thats again strange. I wish that it would not be a rejection.

Nothing to worry. They have not started review the docs. I also received same kind of letter in response to case specific inquiry. My ecase status is received by London office since 30 June 10.

I have question regarding verification of experience and educational documents now all pakistan applicants case process from london for verfication do CHC London directly verify the documents  from their own resorces or foward the case to CHC isl for verification for educational documents and employment.

Sent my docs on 6th Aug... got the 2nd AOR on the 4th of Sept...  should i send the travel form?? i didnt send that.. there was nothing like that form when i innitially sent my application in April...should i email them this form now?? i did send my scanned visa copies with the application...

By the grace of God, I have received my passport back today with Visa stamped on it. I sent my passport on July 14th and received it back today (Sep 22nd).
