Hina plz tell me what i do i have also prepaired travel history forms and contract letter 2 weeks before , but still i am double mindid that send or not. Sad Sad

Ihave discussed the matter with Qorax, PMM, Leon, Saki, Manj Bhai, Ankit, Maaties, canada1234, Khalid Subhan bhai, and other champion members who have suggested to send them asap.
I have sent and i think you should do likewise.  I am sorry for delay reply..

ok plz mention when you submitted your full documents and 2nd AOR date.

full docs submitted to isb on 12 feb 10 and received new file no ltr on feb 28 from isb office.ecase status is received by visa office and case transfered to london on 30 june 10.noc is 4121 university professor.

Dear all,

Soon I will have to send full application to London office. I do not have employment contracts and appointment letters for two jobs that I did couple of years ago. However, I have got reference letters which mentions date of joining, date of leaving, job title, job description, annual salary and benefits. Can any body please advise whether it is sufficient proof of employment?

Try to get them and if you cant than these should do. to eliminate any risks attach business cards and pay slips... what i did in this case was to write my company`s HR to get referral letters. they delined in the email reply due to company policy but gave me appointment letter which i had lost... so i will attach HR`s business cards and copies of their email reply to justify not being able to provide reference letter.

No company writes exact working hrs in their official letters until and unless u have can pull some strings... so mentioning full time employee on letters do the trick...

They require one more information.

I was blessed with a child on 18th July, 2010 and i am going to send the formal letter of child birth along with birth certificate to CHC London in next few days. Could anyone guide me that what other documents i need to send to Visa office and when to submit the processing fee for the child...........thanks

Hi,

First of all congrats, to add your child in the application you will have to send the $150 fee, medicals ( if yours are done if not then wait until you receive the medical request for you and your family), copy of passport, birth certificate and 4 photographs.

Mentioning full time employee on official letter is enough.
CHC will also get this confirmation while job verification.

well few weeks ago there was a rumor in the air that CHC London has stoped processing of pakistani files till 31st october.........if they started it now then its a good sign.

First of all Congrats.
Need to send Following documents.

1- Send email [case specific enquiry] to CHC ASAP to intimate them about the child. [you will get back reply within 15 days]
2- In the meantime apply for birth certificate at nadra.
3- After BC apply for CRC[Child registration certificate] at nadra.
4- After that apply for passport. Better to apply urgent passport. Rs 4000/- in 7 days.
5- 4 photographs of child cic specification. [As saki mentioned].
6- Amend/update forms for child.
7- 150/-cad$ fee    [As saki mentioned].
8- send notarized copy of child BC.
9- Send copy of child passport.
10-Send notarized copy of CRC.
