I applied under FSW through simplified application process at CHC Islamabad in May 2008 and got AOR in June 2008. My application was forwarded to CIO sydney on xx March 2009. In May 2009 my E-CAS sates "application received". I would like to know how long does CIO Sydney takes to process Eligibility review. I am under 38 Cat.
Also PCC needs to be provide from all districts in which one had stayed before over 6 months or just one PCC is sufficient.
Also can I show Gold (COINS not jewellary ) as proof of funds.
Any body applied through simplified process?

6-10 WEEKS OR MORE

No it is of one year duration from Fauji Foundation Hospital.
I have claimed 25 Points
Bsc 14 Years
EMBA 2 years
Dip Nursing 1 year
Dip ComSci 1 year
Total 18 years of education
Now 25 or 22 points
Also I want to know if CHC Islamabad accept property valuation (House) as proof of funds.

can you get registration from PNC with this one year diploma.?
You cannot get points for private one year computer science diploma too
So 22 to be on safe side

It simply doesn' matter If your offer of employment is from your relative or not, Your category is "FSW, Offer of Employment" . you may proceed by filling out the forms in this category. the Job offer should be FULL time, and your NOC vode should be 4131 in 38 List.I myself have applied under this Code No 4131 , and 4141 as a secondary school teacher and college lecturer respectively. good Luck

Just one query! After sending your Full Application with Docs ,did you recieve AOR before this Approval letter? or they directly send this Letter without AOR!!! I have sent my Docs on 7th May,2009 and yet to recieve any communication from CHC,Isb.Lastly whats you Ecas status? please mention the details of Ecas....

What does it mean by the way? On one side it says job offer confirmed by HRSDC do not need to have an experience in one of the occupation in 38 List, On the hand it says Experience must be in skill Level O,A and B only?

can any one tell me that how much time will take CIU to decide about case decision as a skilled worker category . i applied in MAY 2008 with old NOC 5211 my application forwarde to CIU sydney .. pls tell me if any one knows the detials
