One question saki do we have to fill the travel history form for the spouse as well or the principal applicant.



Well i think one have to mention all these trips, if you see the example done in the form is only for 6 days. So it shows that you need to mention everything either its 6 days or more than a month or so.
I have mentioned everything of mine but its upto the individual how they interpret the wordings.

i want to know that as i have left my job for past 2 years, when i apply for immigration, how canada embassy verify my job bcz on reception no one knows me now.. as i was employer there befrore 2 years ago and on company letter head employer mobile number is not mentioned...how can they verify as now i am not doing taht job..its matter of past

But I made a mistake I think I didnot filled IMM5562 form  when sending documents to london Visa Office , as the check list I was using for London Visa Office is not mention in that , but when I check London visa office check list today IMM5562 form is there . Senior please give me some suggestion what can I do now in this situation.

WELL DEAR THERE IS NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT YOU MUST COMMUNICATE TO THE RECEPTION THAT IF ANY CALL FOR YOUR VERIFICATION COMES KINDLY DON'T SAY HE IS NOT WORKING HERE. IT IS BETTER TO TRANFER THE CALL TO THE MANAGER HE KNOWS U AND WIL HANDLE IT..... WELL AFTER THIS COMMUNICATION CALL ON THAT OFFICE URSELF AND PRETEND TO BE THE VISA OFFICE VERIFYING FOR YOU.... YOU WILL GET TO KNOW HOW SMART THEY ARE TO ANSWER AS U ASKED THEM TO TRANFER THE CALL ETC.....

YES ORIGINAL NIKAH NAMA WITH TRANSLATION WHICH SHOULD BE NOTARISED BE SENT... ITS ALSO ADVISABLE TO SEND PHOTOGRAPHS OF UR WEDDING ESP NIKAH SCENE CAPTURED
 OF BOTH BRIDE N GROOM AND ONE FEW COUPLE PICS SHOULD ALSO BE SENT

Original Nikah Naama with notarized copy of english translation. Proof of relationship is very important, dont forget to send the original one as they want to check the original seal on nikah nama. Dont worry you will get back your original docs when final decision will be made on your application.

From where can I get this form? I checked their site but it wasn't there.

Yes they will, it was in the checklist but the form was not loaded with the checklist as it is now, so applicants download it from other resources and send it. I would suggest you to download this form now fill it and send it to London with a cover letter mentioning that you didnt submit it with your docs as you couldnt find it at that time.

i have to send these form today thanks my Allah, saki plz tell me i ask someone on another forum he told me that not to send these travel history forms untill chc london ask it for you, but i have sent documents today.

but saki some applicants told me that  this form is required only when CHC is in doubt of your travel history or there is a gap somewhere in your application forms. DO not act unless asked for.

when you submitted your full documents to chc london becoz i think these travel form are important for those who are after 26th june 2010 applicants.
