Waiting for Seniors to comments on PMM Comments
This is the reply I got from PMM
You have to read the NOC description. For a number of occupations, your education would have to meet the requirements of the NOC. Example, if you were applying as physician, you would have had to attend medical school, not obtained a degree in commerce.
For 7216 the OP could have a degree in computer sciences, but to be consider would also have to meet the following.
Employment requirements
* Completion of secondary school is usually required.
* Several years of experience as a qualified tradesperson in a relevant trade are usually required.
* Journeyman/woman trade certification in a relevant trade is required.
So you would have to have apprenticed as tradesman, a degree in Mechanical engineering without a trade certificate means you wouldn't qualify.
Can any one shed theirs comments on PMM comments [/quote]

I just came to know from an immigration consultant in Pakistan that the London office will start to process all cases tranaferred from the CHC Islamabad by this October, so we can expect some delay of course
I also heard from some reliable consultants and the mail that I got from CHC London also reflects the same. I dont expect delay in this scenario, as if they would start processing the cases (shifted from ISL to LDN) from Oct 2010, we should anticipate documents up-date letter some where in Nov or Dec this year.

If I say, the ILETS result is ok, it will be wrong as i am not a Visa Officer but i must share i have heard members saying that some applicants faced rejection over basic skills in IELTS. I think Reading and Listening bands are very low as compared to the other two skills, if she submits the application and gets 1st approval, then i think the risk of rejection will remain active. I suggest to improve the result to minimize the rejection point. Canada1234, Saki/ Manj bhai can explain further.

Guys, Yesterday I got the letter from CHC London with new File number, my timelines are as follows:
Applied: 16 Nov 2009
Doc Request: 20 Jan 2010
Doc Sent: 26 April 2010
Letter Received with New File Number: 20 August 2010
Interesting thing is that the letter mentions that I should inquire about my case after 8 months from receipt of this letter, keeping that in view that is pretty long.

Dear all, although it might sound obvious; still asking: Is this the address where we need to courier our application:
Citizenship & Immigration Canada Federal Skilled Worker Centralized Intake Office Attn.: SW1 - NOC # _ _ _ _ 196 George Street Sydney, NS B1P 1J3 Canada
Secondly, should we need to send only one set of all documents (Sc1, Sc2, etc) to the CIO or 2??

Hi kakaz, I didn't contact yet and my file was not shifted to London as my e-status showed. I am worried little bit because almost all those who did their medical in DEC 2009 are got their PPR. My consultant said that CHC said that do not contact till OCT 2010. It means our PPR must take more 1 or 2 months. Regards ALI
