that Schedule is standard schedule, which does not mean that u shall attach a copy with your initial application..
Believe you do not need IELTS at initial stage.
so you are trying to say that we shouldn't follow the instructions of that standard format. isn't strange buddy?...if i were you i must emphasis to strictly follow the all instruction which are applicable to me in that standard format. Off course I suggest you to follow instructions but you will follow all these at second stage.. Believe me you do not need to send IELTS at initial stage... and if you want to be on safe side just include a copy for your satisfaction |

Frankly speaking, your answere to my reference checking query is quite unclear to me. I mean if u can elaborate it a bit. plus any idea abt nova scotia. last but not the least I am planning to appear for IETLS once i submit my initial applicaiton pacakge, which seems quite ok. But what shoudl i write for this question in application form "Have you taken an aaporved test to access your proficiency in englsih or french". If i select NO, does that increase the chance of my application being trashed at inital stages...?

NOwhat you think they will accept your application after seeing that NO ? is there any option to provide that result later in that STANDARD FORMAT ?  Dear Rao If you have your IELTS score before sending your application just say YES and you don,t need to send a copy of IELTS. If you don,t have IELTS yet just say NO and that shall not have any negative impact because it is true.. You will do IELTS after sending your application to CIO I hope you got my point.. |

in case if you click NO then it is also written
if NO then provide documentary proof for proficiency of English.....?
S_K what are your timelines. have you applied NS with these forms and then appear in IELTS later???

Yes you will provide documentary evidence of written submissions if you don,t have IELTS..
But again that information will be given and documents either IELTS or written submission will be given at later stage...
I am PNP applicant but I myself have prepared a file of one of my friend who had not IELTS before CIO stage and he wrote NO and did not provide anything else....

To Give You an example and in order to make your mind clear regarding whether to sent IELTS in the first place or not, I have come To know from my friends ( One living in Sharjah and other One is in Duabi) that both of them hadn't sent IELTS in the first place to CIO. and Both of Them have got AOR from CIO and are now about to appear for IELTS in order to submit the Full Visa application Form to CHC LOndon. I have done the same , sent my application on 31st May,2009, and still i am waiting to get AOR from CIO. Hope this will clear your concern. Thanks

i am amir from pakistan i applied in MAY 2008 with old NOC unfortunelty Policy changed in NOV 2008 .. so they will considered my case or disqualify .. an email i recieved from CIC that ur case in CIU sydeny for futhurer decision.. so how much time they will take to decide ...pls guide me i am upset now days.. and i also mentioned that my spouse working in Procurement departement ... her experince considered or not for my application...
i will be very thankful to you all

Dear Aamir..... I have been studing the miniter's speeches and press releases at www.cic.gc.ca from last one year very carefully. Before 28th November, 2008. i studied in few press releases or speeches that minister will issue instruction for certain applications, which meet the immediate canadian job market. And that applications will be processed immediate on reciept and finalized within 6-12 months. And also that certain occupation which they forecast in sense of future growth or need in canadian market will be retained in file for future consideration. and Other will be returned back with refund and without processing. But i have't experinecd and saw anything for the retention of that particular retained applications. I dont know what is the new law abt and how it works. May be Seniors could comment better on it ... Sohel, Leon, PMM, Rupeshari and BobbyB please comment on retention of certain applications which are not included in those 38 professions. |
