I am not finaly authority however based on my experience and learning i foresee your medical request/provision approval by 20th Aug 2009 (+/-).
Your concern regarding shortfall in funds is not that much critical, can work with this balance too. However, if possible for you to pump it to the required level then go and do it.

I have noticed that few of CIC applicants come here and get answers of thier queries from (mostly) seniors of this thread/forum. I would requet to you all that "please trust everyone here" because any wrong reply is alwasy chanlleged and countered here by majority specially seniors, so you do not need to worry of its accuracy

Instead, if the one who is replying feels any doubt himself always leaves a line like "please other comment .." etc.
I am very much confident and can proudely share with you that most of the seniors are not less than any consultants/professionals. So enjoy free services as much as you can.

So, you do not need to ask again and again the same question until you don get your post replied withing reasonable time

One tip for you: It is better to search relvent material before posting any question because most of the topics and areas have already been discussed in this thread/forum.

Recieved request for RPRF+Passport+Bank Statement yesterday ,4-08-2009,Thanks to Almighty ALLAH and all my lovely fellow members.
Now they have asked me for updated bank statement and with that they have also mentioned that JOINT Bank Statements are not acceptable.I have a Joint Bank Account(either or Survivor) with my Mother,I have submitted the Bank Statement of same Joint Account at the time of Document submission with an undertaking from my mother that she will have no Objection if i withdraw the whole amount.At that time they didnt raise any issue whatsoever.Now what should I do in this scenario?? I have talked to some leading consultants of Karachi and they advised me not to change Bank Account at this time and send the same Bank Statement with an Undertaking from my mother +a coverig letter. What u giuys say about that??? What should I do ? I will be sending passport after 10 days...........

Funds must be in yours or your spouse,s name ONLY
Affidavits are not acceptable. You have discussed this issue regarding your joint bank statement before and so you got this chance. You need to open your own account, transfer all the money and then send both statement plus covering letter. This is the only solution DO NOT TAKE RISK AT THIS STAGE

I have opened a new bank account today and will transfer all amount into it,i dont think i have opinion better than this one.Pls keep praying for me and others.

Anybody applied bet Feb-Nov 2008 and got CIO approval? Please share your experience. I applied in May 2008 to local CHC (ISB) and I am in 38 O list. Why they r taking so long to revioew eligibility?

Imran, I don't think you need to worry at all because we are all praying in your favour. This was the only glitch you have removed by opening your own account and trasnferred money from join to single account. Allah will surely help you and us in our missions. You just be relaxed and do whatever you been asked by the CHC.

Applied in May 2008, got AOR June 2008, File transferred to CIO Sydney March 2009, May 13 ECAS " Application Rcvd" . Since then waiting like an OW...L...
