Yes you are right, in majority of the cases it starts after medicals. But if CHC decides a deep level security check, they delay the medical forms to avoid chances of a RE-medical. Again every case is different, the level of security check called is discussed with security branch first.
Dear Khalid...small confusion

If security checks are carried out after medical than why do they demand landing fee along with medical?

Dear Gosho
My case was processed directly from CHC London. I recently received Medical test requirement along with the demand for Landing fee? Does that mean CHC Pakistan is subject to security check after medical only and London office does this earlier Huh?

My another observation is that the cases processed from Isb...Passport demand is taking approx. 6 to 8 months? But who so ever has processed the case directly from London is getting the reply after medical with in 45 days??

Appreciate your inputs

CHC london 45 days max for demand of Passports and taking 3~4 weeks max to stamp visa....I dont' think this is an extra ordinary time.

Dear this is as per my general observation based on discussion with those who have succeeded in getting visa through CHC london. But i agree that situation may differ on case to case basis.

REPLY TO QUERIES AS PER SEQUENCE;
1. NEW BORN
Birth certificateS (hospital and ministry of health)
2. Passport of new born (and visa page if residing outside homeland)
3. Five photographs as per specification,
4. Additional family information forms (update) and signed in original
5. Demand draft of CAD 150/- (in the name of RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA)
6. Information on height of new born at the time of sending forms.

Process immediately after the birth of child and inform CHC on earliest basis so they do not process your case with out this information otherwise it may take longer than normal due to delayed info

2. If your relative is not residing in Canada, your relationship will not carry any weight. This is a must. To verify, Visa office sometimes demands latest utility bills.

3. No need of affidavit. You have to prove relationship by way of birth certificate, marriage certificate etc that can prove reason for relationship i.e. Name of father or grand father.

4. See reply # 3.

Senior members...kindly correct if i have mistaken anywhere

Regards

They normally demand it with PPR: however every case is different. In most of the cases, the level of security check is decided at the time of Provisional Acceptance. If they don't feel any threat in your background, you case goes with the speed of light in fast track.

It is also not about Pakistan, it is all about a persons profile. They go for the checks where they find necessary. Since these decisions depend on the immigration officer's own understanding of the case, nothing can be 100% predicted. Understanding human behaviour is nearly impossible. So, we can just assume a general opinion.

The most important thing: The immigration officer can also call any level of check at any time during the process. Even though, things are decided before granting provisional acceptance, any background check can be called at anytime and at any stage of the process.

Hi guys,

I've received my first AOR & now have to send in my full application to the London office. I need help in getting a FBI police certificate. I've downloaded the fingerprint form & cover letter. Do i have to get the fingerprint form filled from a local police station? Will the police stamp the fingerprint form? The form just has a place where it asks for a signature of the the official taking the fingerprints.

Can anyone who's been through with this please help me, i don't want to miss my deadline to submit the rest of the documents. Thanks!
