Med's Request: Waiting

« Reply #1320 on: July 31, 2009, 02:34:46 am »

Hi Tasash,

Welcome aboard and congratulations on reaching a stage of medicals. Islamabad and Rawalpindi (with three doctors) seem to be having spare time as we observe lesser cases from Islamabad. If you are short on time, maybe you could visit these places for your medicals...(just a suggestion!).

Request you to give your application time line.

Wish your family good luck and please pray for brothers like us. Thanks.

Manj

hi
im new on this forum...we received medical exam intructions and will be attend in few days but i want to share one thing with u ppl that i belong to karachi and there is only two doctors named wajjib and rohina sattar are available for this service but unfortunatley they both didnt give us appointment because of loads of applicants and the other thing is that dr rohina sattar is on leave since a month and will be join at 3 of augest so i think this is not our fault...so after talking two hours with her PA we finally got appointment but he said to us that we r long family..we r only five persons having wife, husband and my three kids...ages are between 7 to 2.5 years...i think this is not big family as we r...but they wanna refused us because for drs leave...this is is unfear for all ppl who need this exam...so i request to all u to send email to CIC to make sure on this and to give other doctors this certificate by means that there is need of more than two doctors in karachi...my husband all ready send email for this....

Dear Saify,

Lahore SSP office says wrong. Rao bhai is absolutely correct. First you get it from your home town, then the next town and then the present town....that's the sequence because Police stations too need some comfort to attest for certain past period.

Be insistent, it will work.

Wish you luck,

Manj

Hi friends,

I have a problem in getting Police Clearance Certificate. I belong to a small city then i moved to ISB for education and now i am in Lahore for Job.
So I need Certificate from all places. I consult Lahore SSP office and there officials tells me that i have to get certificate from only the city from where i got Domicile.
Please guide me anybody who can help in getting police clearance certificate from lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi.

Take Care

Saify: you have to get Police clearance reports form every place where you lived more then six months after reaching 18 years of age.

yeh you are right and this is what i have told them but he was insisting that i should only get from my domicile district. Can somebody guide me or reffer me to some one who can help to get this certificate as all of the group members had got these certificates.
What documents are needed to get it and what is the procedure.

Yeah! you got to deal with DPO yourself. You need to explain it to him the requirement by taking the relevant letter along with checklist and dig out the self-explanatory pages from cic site to present it to him. Its a criminal record check certificate and you need to get it done yourself. If you are too willing to pay, then maybe you could get hold of a "Thana tout" to have access to the 'thanedar'. But, I will strongly advice against it as you are asking for a legal document which is your own right.

For Saify,

Further to my earlier message, please explore this site thoroughly and most of the answers to most of the queries are given in it. Still we are there in our limited capacities to help out anyone.

Hi ....I had started a new thread for a query regarding CHC Islamabad but brother amerzd advised me to wirte to "Pakistan Application Forum" for my voice to be heard..Smiley below is my query :

I had applied in June 2007 via CHC Islamabad and received AOR in July 2007 . I had received a letter from CHC Islamabad in Dec 2008 that I can get my application fees back if I respond to this letter within 90 days otherwise they will start initial processing of my case and no refund can be claimed after 90 days period.

As I am still intersted in Canada immigration so I didnt reply to that letter. Its been 7 months since then but I havnt heard anything from CHC Islamabad. Does anyone now how much time usually it takes for them to start the case and when shall I be expecting that letter of submitting my complete documents? Any help will be highly appreciated.

 @ Saeeds
It will definitely take some time since u have applied under old scheme, havign looked at the timelines of cases under old rules,u should expect document update letter by the end of this year or in 2010.Lastly I think that u will be done with complete processing by the end of 2011 or 2012.

it's the same medical checkups and examinations that every DMP has to perform. the only difference you may find is the quality of service, comfort, or fee perhaps

Rules of medicals are set by CIC and it is same whereever u go in Pakistan. and even with the same fee. The only matters the service as ja77 said and secondly the way you feel comfortable with a DMP in sense of friendly enviornment. Or one more important thing could be the oppointment Scheudle is diffrent from centre to centre.
