  My spouse has lived in UAE for nine months.  Should i attached the photocopy of old passport with the new ones or not, for the final application?

you need to have a PCC from UAE for your spouse and attaching copy will also help.

yes all degree transcripts are required to be attested by HEC and put in sealed envelope. You can ask hec to put them in their sealed envelope.

Nice to see u around Amir Bhai. Yeah last couple of days i was really busy. Besides i stopped thinking about PPR stuff since it only pinches now. InsAllah PPR will arive when due so why to keep yourself in trouble by tuning urself to every to and fro of emails in your box. what about you dear..any progress. Sent PP's on 17th and now waiting for their return. I have also booked flights around Mid-July and Late-July. The toughest part is to decide about the timing of the resignation. July is the increment month, and even a 10% increase can be significant to my retirement/resignation benefits such as Gratuity.

I need your advise whether I should proceed with the applocation.

I got an approval from NS on 4th march

Education - Post Graduate in business Management ( PGDBM )
Age 28
Work ex - 5 + years
IELTS - L - 7.5 R - 6 W - 6.5 -S - 7
Spouse education is less than 10 years

I have attempted IELTS 4 times and got 6.5 band in reading twice but last attempt I got suffiiceint in rest of the module except reading....

Shall I go with the all the TRF explaining the situation...I am running out of time...

1.    if ur occupation is not listed then u are not eligible
       But if u can provide the exact or matching work experience
       (as in NOC) Having skill type 0 or level A or B then it can be done

2.   KG stands for kinder Garden and in dictionary it is pre schooling so cant count KG
      secondly if you dont have certificate then u cant request for points for software deploma
      same as in chartered insurance diploma
3.   verification can only be done by Govt approved authority and in pak HEC and IBC do this

thanks sakii...i am in the process of filling the forms i have some questions regarding filling out the form.

1. if one is divorced should he fill out the Qno. 10 in "applicaton of permanent residence in canada" which asks abt the previous marriage

2. In QNo. 13 what should i mention about current occupation although i am doing nothing for the last one month.

3. In Q20. where it asks that "where you intend to live in canada" can I mention any state though my bro. lives in toronto.

4 in additional family information it asks "i certitfy that i do nto have a spouse or common law partner, exspouse, or former common law partner" though I am divorced and we didn't have any childeren should i sign it or not.

5. In the application form where it asks about the "uncencumbered, non- transferable funds " how much i should mention

6. do i need to send the photocopies of educational and experience certs, blood relation proofs and copies of the passports when sending to Sydney NS canada at initial application step.

1.    if u were not having any kids then u can hide this issue
2.    home maker can be written  if u are unemployed
3.    u can write any state where u are planning to live Ontario is the sate of city Toronto
4.    refering to q10 if u have hide ur old spouse then u can sign this
5.    if u are appling single then write more then 11500 CAD as much u will write will be better
      but u have to show the amount
6.   No you dont need to send anything just send following
     set 1  check list, copy of ur ppt first page, payment form along with DD
     set 2 all other forms which are req for principal applicant
     set 3 all forms of ur spouse including addational family info (NOT REQ for u)

if dead line is 7th june then ur documents must reached them before or on 7th of june till 12 noon
other wise they will not accept your application
you have to respond them as soon as possible
