I need your expert advice...

I got an aproval on 4th march,

requred 16 points to fulfill my 67 points.

have ttempted ielts 4 times and got bands as mentioend below

1st attempt
L - 6.5
R - 6
W - 6
S - 6.5
2nd attempt
L - 7
R - 6.5
W - 6
S - 6.5

3rd attempt
L - 7
R - 6.5
W - 6
S - 7

4th  attempt
L - 7.5
R - 6
W - 6.5
S - 7

shall I proceed for application based on previous two attempts where reading carry 6.5 band and last attempt suffice bands on rest of the module

how much fund would require to show ?

Dear Idris,
I m afraid that u need all needed BANDS in one IELTS result only i.e. L 7.5,R6.5,W6.5 and S6.5. u cannot claim point on 2 IELTS results basis. U have to apper again.

if u are Single Applicant then 11086 CAD$ are required as POF.

Thanks for your suggestion.....unfortunately, I am running out of time, I will have to send an appliation latest by 20th june and there is no test date available,

I am planning to sent dox with detail explanation and will pray for things tobe turn out...

Fine,
send all documents with the best result of IELTS. And in the mean while also register with up coming IELTS test date. IF ur luck works then according to some senior members of other forums u have a chance to send ur improved IELTS test result before the processing startup of your application at Visa office. Once processing starts then they will NOT entertain any new industion of documents (other than those they needed).

Well,
maximum points for education are 25 only starting from Msc (17 years eucation) to PhD (also includes post graduation).
u can claim only 25 points for your education.

Sorry dear u have maxi 12 points in IELTS.
So with MSC degree ur points will be
25+21+10+12 = 68
with Only Bachelor degree
22+21+10+12 = 65

try again with all information precisely, put your Family name first.
if it doesnt work then put your First name.
sometimes ur first name works rather than last name.

Or if it also doesnt work then write your Family name according to that what is written in your passport. In file number first alphabet should be in CAPITAL latter without any Artistic (*) sign . like. B1234567 etc

I must commend Hote-Lier who has initiated this Thread and now I think It became the most visited and Posted thread on the forum. (I wonder where he is now)

I have been doing some research on CIC website and have been reading this thread for few days.  I have few queries and would request the seniors to respond.

1- I have check and my occupation and could not find my occupation in the 38 categories list. However my occupation exactly matches with the Code No. 1234 (Insurance underwriter) and 1233 (Insurance Adjustor). So does it mean that I am not qualified to apply for the FSW class.
2 - I have done Master in Public Administation, which means a total of 17 years of regular education (including KG Class), In addition to that I have done a two years Software diploma but did not get the Certificate from technical board and Have the certificates only from the institue, further I have complete the Chartered Insurer Course and (it is same like charteresd accountant but in Insurance field) this course does not have any time line, yo just have to clear certain exams and obtain certain credit irrespective of time period.  No my question is what will be my Education tenure wheter it will be 17 years (from Kg to Master) or they will consider it 16 years(from class 1 to masters) Will they give credit to any time spent in obtaining Two years Diploma and Chareted Insurer status (5 years), by the way I did thi as inernational memeber means did not attent any education institute for this.

3 - Regarding Verifying or Attestation of Educational Documents, will it suffice, if we get it attested from Ministery of Education / foreign affairs only.

Sorry for such long queries, I hop few of the seniors will get the time to read and reply.

When u submitted ur complete documents to CHC-Eng/ISB?
I think its "CIO NS eligibility review has been completed"

my cosuin is a provincial nominee applicant and had received a letter on 29th Dec, 2009...stating to submit the full application to Islamabad.  But now he is confused either to submit the application to Isb/London....as most of the consultant say for London visa office....

according to his 29th december his 120 days time period (if applicable 120 days) is lapsed. I dont have an idea of provisional nominee's time period but if its 120 days then he has missed that time.
According to Guide of LONDON visa office all PROVISIONAL NOMINEES will have to submit applications to CHC-LONDON.
he must have his application to Chc-ENGLAND.
