Hi Guys

I submitted full documents to CHC London and got letter (probably called second AOR) from CHC london on 17th May 2010.
My e status shows "received by Visa office"

I have two questions.
1. When should I expect calls to my office? Is it after  the status is changed to 'IN PROCESS".
2. Approximately how much time does they take to change the status to IN PROCESS and how much time approx to call my office after IN Process status.

I disagree.  It says very clearly, that those individuals who were specifically asked BY CHC-ISD to send their documents to CHC-ISD,should send the docs there. 

Those who were asked by CIC-NS to send their docs to CHC-ISD, should send their docs to CHC-London.

At least that's what I understand.

Thanks for sharing this important info.
It means those who received instructions for CHC-ISB via first AOR but sent their full file to CHC-London have done wrong here. Just like me, I have also sent my file to London on 28th April and still waiting for 2nd AOR. Applicants sailing with me are requested to come forward and discuss on this critical issue to figure out things before it gets too late.

Q3. Initial application need Photos or send it in 2nd step.

        a.   Option 6. Your status in that country,  I write CITIZEN OR ...?

        b.   Option 10. Give the number of years of school you successfully completed for each of the following levels of education. What i write in boxes in:

            1. Elementary/Primary school ?

                 2. Secondary/ High school ?

                 3. University/College ?

                 4. Trade school or other post secondary school?

        c. In last section, DO NOT COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING SECTION NOW, YOU MAY BE ASKED TO         SIGN IN THE PRESENCE OF A REPRESENTATIVE OF CANADIAN GOVT. OR AN OFFICIAL APPOINTED BY THE CANADIAN GOVT.  Should I remain this section whole empty ?nothing any thing mark on it?

Q4. IMM0008_3E SCHEDULE 3 ECONOMIC CLASSES- FEDERAL SKILLED WORKERS,

        c.   Option 10. FUNDS. Right now I applying just my self , not right now my spouse and my baby, I just carry funds only for my self or whole family. 1 person CAD$ 10,168 or whole family CAD$ 15,563.

        d.   Option 11. Your Work Experience,

               1.   Only of Managerial job tenure main duties describe in list?

               2.   What does NOC  of:
 
                        a.   Audit Manager                  NOC 1111

                        b.   Asst. Audit Manager?

                        c.   Audit Officer?

       - Never trust anyone on such issues,try to search on your own so that u can only blame urself at the end of the day.
-Driving experience of more than 2 years that should be their on ur card.
-Bring all the necessary documentation as much as possible.
-To have a car is a must ,so be extra precautious in these things cuzz they might push to the wall.

Assalam o Alaikum 2 all
i ultimately need my oroginal educational documents for Phd admission. By the grace of Almighty ALLAH, i have recently won Australian development scholorship. they have asked me to submitt original educational documents to Australian High commission (latest by the end of June 2010). i submitted my final application to CHC islamabad on December 1, 2009. and got AOR on December 26, 2009. Its been six months, i am waiting for medical request from CHC. its very complicated sitiuation that how shall i get back my documents from CHC islamabd or London (As it seems that my case has also been transferred to LONDON). last week i sent an email to CHC islamabad, but till date i havnt got any responce. should i write an email to CHC london.? shall there any negative implications on my immigration case.
PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ suggest, how 2 get my original documents ultimately. plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help

Hope all of you are fine and doing well. I got the reply from CHC London against my case status inquiry which i sent on 19th May, 2010. It says ........

****RESPONSE FROM CHC LONDON AGAINST CASE INQUIRY WHICH WAS SUBMITTED AT CHC ISLAMABAD*******

Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for your enquiry.

As of April 1, 2010, applications for permanent residence under the Economic categories for citizens or residents of Pakistan will be processed by our office in London, UK.  The economic categories are comprised of Federal skilled Workers, Federal Investors, Self-Employed, Entrepreneurs, Provincial Nominees and Quebec-selected Permanent Workers and Business People.  Although Islamabad will continue processing a few applications that are close to completion, the majority are being transferred to London.  The file transfer of existing permanent residence applications under the Economic categories is currently underway.

If you have received instructions from our office in Islamabad to submit documents, please submit the documents to our mission in Islamabad as instructed.

If you have received instructions from CIO Sydney to submit your application package, please submit these documents to our mission in London.  If you have already submitted your application package to Islamabad, then Islamabad will automatically forward this on to London.

If you are enquiring if your application has been transferred and will be processed in London, please be advised that our office will contact you when we are in a position to begin processing your application.  You may resend your enquiry after October 2010 if you have not received any correspondence from our office.

At this point, it is too early to tell what the new processing times will be for these cases in London.

Our office sends immigration decisions and information requests by post or email to the mailing address or email address provided in the application. Therefore, it is important that our office be notified immediately of any change of address or email address.  Please also notify us if you would like to withdraw your application.  For all other updates, wait until you are contacted by our office or the Islamabad office.

So according to this, Either we can get MR till Oct or to contact them back after October.
