I am applying under FSW1 noc 4121. i have one question.

i am applying with my wife. my wife has no passport yet. is it ncessary to write the information about wife's passport as well while sending the application first time? remember, i am the principle applicant and i have passport.

Thanks

When I was applying, I had the same problem. After making necessary inquiries, I came to conclude that Canadian immigration process is all about proper documentation. It's better if you make passports first. Normally it takes a month & can be made in 7 days on urgent basis.

This is all the best we can do from our part.

On average, one gets reply within 1~2 months after initial submission of application to CIO. There are also few cases who have not been able to get any kind of confirmation.

What we can check first is that if you have made any sort of Draft then it's better to first find out whether it has been encashed. Otherwise, as advised by seniors before as well, one should wait for atleast 3 months before taking any further step.

I have also learnt that there's cut off in jobs in CIO. May be this has put a little burden on them.

You can either give your credit card details or make a draft from a bank.

First of all, please understand that her PP copy is not compulsorily be added (as spouse, just as for your dependent children) while submitting the first application to NS. However, if it is not too urgent to send your initial application and you have some time, it is better you get her passport made and then send your initial application. Else, you can mention that her passport is in process, and you would add with complete set of documents at the next stage, and send your application without her PP copy. Both options are safe and open to you.

Regards.

No need just write Applied for.

Notarization is notarization, whether a day old or a month old. Whats the difference? Please do not get worried in insignificant things.

To avoid trouble I would recommend Demand Draft.

Policy may change any time. Do not waste time and send your application. Mention in the form that your wife passport is in process.

You are not invisible but your relative certainly is! Also, a third time posting is no guarantee that you may draw an answer from someone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:Smiley yet I am replying you...  Wink

OK brother, jokes aside, the 120 requirement letter clearly states that all documents must be submitted as one complete set and no documents can be sent later for inclusion (or words to that effect). So one can clearly conclude that they would not entertain late submission of IELTS result. They gave full 120 days to complete such formalities. Unfortunately, it appears your 'relative' is in trouble. You may try sending the documents less the IELTS results (but do include the IELTS registration letter), maybe some God fearing person accepts your plea. You have no other option.  Cry
