1st AOR from NS which you have already in shape of e-mail
2nd AOR from CHC by post or e-mail that they have recived your full application which is pending for you
but your e-cas states that visa office has recived your application. so do'nt worry its kind a 2nd AOR.

Hi all,

Due to my credit card issue I am filing new application and on "Application for permanent residence in Canada" form they are asking for "Visa office requested for the process of your application". What I should mention here Islamabad or London?

Please do not guess, reply if you know and are 1000% sure about it.

Second AOR from CHC only comes when Ecas status changes from Recieved by VO to In process instead of VO eligibility review complete. In process means you meet all their requirments and they make the status to in process and your background check process starts.
VO eligibility review comeplete status in Ecas is a danger sign. it means in majority of cases that applicants has less points or have send inconclusive application. Seniors please correct me if i m wrong here.

It does although entry in Ecas can be delayed due to some workload problems.

Dear i think u misunderstand to my case. ilsten i sent my initial application to NS with fees after exect passing 2 months they emailed me with file # .. and instruction to submit docments within 120 days.. i submitted doc to islamabad visa office on 10 feb 2010. after a week my ecase status changed in received by visa office.. pending review.. and still is same.. nothing elase.. sir, this is my position...

No I did'nt.... a new file No. will be issued to your case at CHC - ISL and that will be reflected on your 2nd AOR

Hi, Your app seems to be still in queue. The next Ecas entry would be In process which can happen before or after you recieve your AOR. Off course this will be if there are no issues in your app relevant to required points or documents. You should make a case specific inquiry on CHC`s website mentioning your file number as well.

You should write London as your visa office. I will again refer to the same case of my friend whose application was rejected because of credit card issue. They had corrected his visa office from Islamabad to London.

Does that mean they can send first AOR from CIO if applicant has made a mistake and wrote islamabad instead of London in recent applications?
The case you have put a reference of seems to be rejected only because of credit card payment issue.....

You should write London as your visa office. I will again refer to the same case of my friend whose application was rejected because of credit card issue. They had corrected his visa office from Islamabad to London.

Sir, I have done case specific inquiry to CHS Islamabd and london but yet no reply get from both offices
