one of my relative submitted his FSW application and got the initial approval and now has to submit all original docs, IETLS, police certificate, etc. He has everything ready except that he will not be able toe get the IETLS results and the deadline for doc submission is near, can he send the docs to London and send teh IETLS results later???

Guidance Required in Filling Application Forms
A)   Application for Permanent Residence in Canada-IMM 0008

•   I am going to apply under occupation of Financial Managers NOC 0111. Presently, I am working as AVP/ Manager in Risk Management Division of a Bank and doing most of the duties as mentioned in NOC 0111. As per NOC 0111, other sub-title of financial Manager includes Manager Corporate Risk Department. Am I fine with bit difference in title and should i need to mention my official title or subtitle/main title of NOC 0111 at serial # 13. JUST WRITE 0111-FINANCE MANAGER
( ALL OTHER INFO RELATING TO SUB-TITLES WOULD COVER IN YOUR EXPERIENCE LETTER, WHERE UR EMPLOYER WOULD WRITE UR ACTUAL TITLE)

•   On page 2 of the form, where detail of family members is required,

o   Knowledge of English/French: - I am bit confused on information required for Knowledge of English/French. There is no mention of level of ability because my spouse can communicate in English but she isn't fluent and not good at grammar. Moreover, Kids are studying in Grade 9, 5 and Nursery. They can communicate broken English. Please advise what to write over there. Yes or NO? ( IF UR SPOUSE & KIDS CAN COMMUNICATE EVEN A VERY LITTLE IN ENGLISH, U CAN USE YES AS UR PROBABLE ANSWER.THERE IS NO REQUIREMENT OF IELTS FOR FAMILY. HOWEVER U MAY USE NO FOR YOUNGER KINDS. )
o   Frequently Used Language if English/French is not Native Language: In view of above please advise me should I write English or Neither? ( NEITHER)
o   All Kids are students are studying in Grade 9/O'Level, Grade 05 and Nursery and spouse is housewife. What to write against Level of Education, total number of education for Kids and Occupation of spouse.
( FOR EACH KID=WRITE TOTAL NO OF YEARS OF EDUCATION ,I.E  IF A KID IS IN 10 TH CLASS WRITE 10 AS NO OF YEARS OF EDUCATION AND SECONDARY AS LEVEL. EVEN IF SPOUSE I HOUSE WIFE, IF SHE GOT SOME EDUCATION, GIVE DETAILS OF THAT. )

B)   Schedule 1: Background/Declaration-IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 1

•   Regarding Education detail mentioned at serial # 10,   I done my Elementary school in 10 years, Secondary High School in 2 years and University education (B.Com 02, DCMA 09 Months and MBA 2 years & 05 Months) Total formal Education is 17 years & 02 months. Should I write like 10 year, 12 years & 17 years & 02 months or 10 years, 02 years and 2 years and 05 Months?   ( MBA is a 2 years program so do write 2 years for that.In our system if a program take extra period for completion that cannot be counted as period of study )
•   Moreover, I have professional qualifications i.e. Diploma in banking which is a highest professional qualification in Pakistan for professionals working in a bank and contents subjects of Banking, Finance, and Accounting. ( BTW practically there is no such qualification as the highest one in any field. Maximum time limit to earn the qualification is 08 years and minimum 01 year; I took 03 years to pass. However, I don't know where to incorporate my professional qualification and how to complete serial # 10 for this qualification. ( For education points this diploma would count for 01 year education. Dear its a common sense, if a program is of 01 month and u took ages to complete that. This doesn't mean that u would be awarded edu points for total time taken to pass. )
•   Membership:  I am member of various social organizations on net as free member like Couch surfing, Hospitality Club etc and Professional Institute like PRMIA. But I don't have membership certificate of these. (  Should I need to mention my free membership with these? ( I think skip on-net membership but do mention PRMIA )

C)   Schedule 3: Economic Classes-IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 3

•      Work Experience mentioned at serial # 10:-  ( For Last Ten years)

 Main Title                    :  Financial Managers
Relevant Subtitle               :  Manager Corporate Risk Management Department

Please advise which title I should need to mention at this space. Moreover, there's limited space available for mentioning of duties in a particular role, how to use more space for that. ( In immi form use standard NOC codes and titles irrespective of your actual titles ( as long as your JDs match with those NOCs ). For space issue, U can use extra blank page.

BTW there is no such thing as Australiaan IELTS or British  IELTS . IELTS is just conducted by two different bodies in Pakistan. British Council & Australia Education Office ( AEO ).
If U are in Lahore, go to  AEO office in Zaman Park and they will give u all required forms & info. AEO Lahore accept Pay orders for fee. better to google AEO for further info.

You can make cheque in the name of AEO or British council from any Bank. [where you have an account]

Assalam o alikum to all members ,
To my knowlege and check almost all the cases have been transfared to London VO.i APPLIED IN IN nov 09 and complete documents sent on 10 Feb 10.I have checked and told that cases have been sent to London either before or after April 10.
So clients wait to settle the London vo and pray,Inshallaha we shall be getting gooood news very soon

I just consulted a lawyer in Psh that I want to apply for immigration alaongwith my friend.During our discussion it is revealed that all the cases have benn transfered to London.Ab members iss mein kahan tak sadaqat hai God knows better unless and untill we gae any reply from vo either Isl or London.
