I am post feb 2008 appliacant on 38o list, applied in May 08 at CHC Isb since then there is no activity, except they sent my application to CIO sydney in March 2009 and then CIO transferred my application to CHC Isb in Feb 2010 and hopefully they will send my application to CHC London (as appl r being handled by London now) which may take a year? or so.

Is it good idea to apply again as fresh applicant at CHC London? Need urgent advise pls. Asif

I dont think this is a good idea to reapply. In my opinion, It will take more time bcoz the whole process will be restarted from the beginning.

My sister in law is Canada I would like what type of document do I need to show as evidence which reflect that she is living in Canada. She had only one bank account join with her husband .
Would senior please guide me in this matter.

You need to prove the your wife's father and her father is same.

Your Wife's Nikahnama or Education document
Your Sister in law's Nikahnama or Education document
Her PR card and Proof of Landing


All the document will have the same father name so it is proved that your wife's sister is living in Canada.

Hello all,
I have a confusion that will all the applicaiton processed in London Visa office or only the application which were submitted after 1st April 2010 will be processed in London Visa office ?

It will be great if you can post some link where it is clearly mentioned. All the applications or all the application submitted after 1sr April 2010 . that is what i want to clear.

Please suggest and guide me seniors.

Sir I have Sent my full Documents to Visa Office Islamabad in Feb 2010 but after passing 3 months i did not see any change in my ecase status nor get AOR. Here I share one thing more that is i have sent all my original documents to visa office. can you or any body guide me in this regards that what shoud i do. Thanks

Her PR card, Canadian passport copy (if available, otherwise Pakistani passport with entry stamps) for and Proof of Landing


All the document will have the same father name and most likely same addresses, so it is to prove that she is your wife's sister, is living in Canada.

Provide copy of any utility bill, bill of credit card used recently or if she is living on rent provide copy of her tenancy agreement.
