Sir I have Sent my full Documents to Visa Office Islamabad in Feb 2010 but after passing 3 months i did not see any change in my ecase status nor get AOR. My sister in law is Canada I would like what type of document do I need to show as evidence which reflect that she is living in Canada. She had only one bank account join with her husband .

it is better to send case specific enquiry to Isb office. This way u will also know if your application is being processed at Islamabad or London office. Becasue if your app is transfered to London then they will mention it in their response

first of all u should refer to official link of required docs at specific visa office web site. u can provide her monthly salary slip / employer letter (if she is working) anything which can substantiate your claim
