M not expert but according to the situation there in CHC-Isb regarding shifting of Cases to CHC-Eng, I think u have to waite for 3 or 4 week more for any update. Then u have to sent case specific inquiry to both CHC-Isb and CHC-Eng for your file status.
This files shifting may also result in change/disturbance of Qeue of files as they are according to date receiving there in CHC-ISb as a result of which some may recieve responces lately. But be hopeful and pray from GOD about your file.
Wishing best for you dear

my application was rejected on marh 2010 (which was submitted on oct. 2008 under old rules (computer programmer) due to this catagory was not available under NEW RULE.
My job catagory was change from computer programer to  "Secretaries" NOC no. 1241 in january 2009 as well as i am working as data entry clerk (NOC 1422) other than by actual job.
My questions are:

1. Can i apply again under new rules with catagory SECRETARIES NOC. 1241.
2. If yes, then please tell me when???
3. Is, it can be problem due to my old file is available in Canadian immigration office.
4. I am working in saudi arabia since 1996.

I also have similar requirement. My sister in law is in Canada. Neither her passport nor any other Canadian document shows/carries her father name, how would I prove that he is real sister of my wife?

Seniors please advise.

Dear,

Driving license, Citizenship card, Canadian passport ect are not the evidence that your relative is still living in canada it'll use as proof that your relative is permanent resident or citizen of Canada. In order to proof that she is residing there at the time of application submission you can provide a copy of last paid utility bill (as i did) or credit card bill etc as evidence.

I am a Pakistani national and working in Saudi Arabia. I applied to London as Saudi resident. My question is what rules I need to follow for documentation Pakistani or Saudi? any comments

* If you have Saudi Residence Visa and permanently living there than you can make your application from Saudia like few of my friends working in UAE they have submitted their case in UAE. But if u r just working than you'll b considered as Pakistani, another thing if you submit your application from Saudi u'll b required to enclose ur police certificate from Pakistan. If you are settled there than i would suggest you to apply as Saudi i would advice u 2 workout which visa office is working faster and where it would b easier 4 u to do documentation. i believe processing time is not so different for FSW fast track.
