my Mom's degrees have the name Zahida on them, and on the ID Anila is there, i have asked my Khalla to confirm it from Oshawa center she send them Fax yesterday hopefully some positive response will occur, but why do you thing that i will not get those 5 points, please explain, dear

you just need to send along an explanatry letter about the name of your mother and attach all documentory proves
you will get 5 points.

you need to notrize the photocopies only no need for orignal letters

Dear Canada1234 and others,
Visa Office Specific Instructions states that "Do not send originals unless otherwise stated. Send notarized photocopies of all documents except the police certificates, which must be originals. If your documents are not in English or French, send a notarized (certified) translation with a copy of the originals".

Original Documents demanded from Pakistani Applicants: -
1. Birth Certificate of Principal Applicant + Spouse.
2. Nikah Nama + Wedding Photos.
3. Transcripts in University Sealed Envelops.
4. Job letter of Reference.
5. IELTS result.
6. Bank certification + evidence of savings.
7. Police Character (clearance) Certificate.

Please correct me as I am also going to send my docs to London in 1-2 days.

but also i have consulted from one of my friend who also work as a consultant, he said if i can manage to get a coaching certificate from any college or Uni for BA then i will be able to get points on BA, Also my PIPFA is after my BA so it might be considered as post graduation.?

any advise ??

May be you will get points for BA in this way but make sure that CHC will verify the institute (must be listed or affiliated)

Unless your admission to the University goes from some recognized institute as a regular student and on your Degree the name of institute is written, that will be considered a private degree and you will not be awarded points for that.

what does it mean?

Original experience letter with Latest dates and signatures and STAMP of your company. This all should be on Company's Letter Head.

in my case... I ued first page as Company's Letter head and rest of pages are simple pages but On every simple page i Stamped and have Sign from my immediate boss ( Stamp include his designation and Company's Name). And at last page i wrote My Boss's Complete Designation with complate company's address and phone number's and have signed by BOSS with Company's Official STAMP. And pasted a visiting card of Boss (who signed my Experience letter) with date of 20-04-2010 on Expereince letter. Bcoz i have to post the documnets on 26-04-2010.

what does it mean?

just get your experiance letter stamped by your HR or Boss. and attach a visiting card of issuing person
