Actually i have two years experience in
NOC 0213 Computer and Infomration System Managers. My Total expreience in 7 plus years and my Title was Software Engineer, Senoir Software Engineer and Team Lead. So my Question is that I will mention NOC 0213 for the 2 years experence. for the other 5 years will it make any difference if i mention Software Engineer as 02174 or 02173 ?

Question about getting police certificate:
I am based in Lahore. Does anyone know how to get the police certificate/police report?
And some related questions:

• 1. Can i easily get the police report even if I do not have "contacts" to speed things up?
• 2. Which office (location) do I have to go to for getting the police report?
• 2. Approximately how long does it take to get the police report?

i applied under FSW category:

Applied: 18-10-08
AOR: 11-11-08
NOC: 2174 (Computer programmer)

Till date I did not receive anything from CHC, after 11-11-08 (AOR)
I m working in KSA, but I applied from Pakistan CHC Islamabad. Please I need the answers of following question:

What will be the status of my Application, Will CHC return my application or they will further process (my NOC 2174 is not available under new NOC).

Should I keep hope for the best?
Can anybody tell me the latest situation?

pleaese tell me i did wrong or right.

Your application will be refused and the fee return at some point unless the list changes and 2174 comes on the list and the decison has not been made by that point

I hv submiited my docs to chc Pak on Jun 25 also received ack letter frm chc. Status on Ecas is in process since july 21 09 . My employer rec verification call frm chc on july 14 09 and at tht tim my ecas status was rec by visa office. Does tht mean my app is considered and i passed 67 marks test.

U have to wait for the letter of Provisional acceptance ,that can only prove that u have passed the selection factors,but if ecas status changes to "Eligibiity review complete and we have sent u a letter..." ,this kind of status will also prove the same,so just wait ,keep praying for urself n others especially me ,and hope for the best,u will InshAllah get through

I was readinh your chain of events and I would appreciate some clarification please. Did you send the Police Clearance along with the Full Application to the CHC London Office at the same time?

Currently my Ecas shows in process with below entries

"We received your application for permanent residence on April xx 2009
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on May xx 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 
Your application and supporting documents were received by the Islamabad office. They are pending review.
 
We transferred your application to the Islamabad office on May xx 2009. The Islamabad office may contact you.
 
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on July 15, 2009. "

Plz comment as to where i am and how long i am from gettign medical forms or provisional acceptance letter.  My employer also received call on July 14 and Ecas chanegd on July 21 to in process
