The following email to one applicant who sent full application to CHC Islamabd before 1st April, 2010 and received 2nd AOR from CHC Islamabad shows that all applications under FSW1 submitted to CHC Islamabad before 1st April have now been transfered to CHC London. Please comment.  
Dear Client,
This is in response to your email (see below).
Effective April 1, 2010, responsibility for the processing of Permanent Resident applications from Citizens and Residents of Pakistan in the Economic Class (including Skilled Workers, Entrepreneurs, Investors, Provincial Nominees and Quebec cases) was transferred from Islamabad to the Visa Office at London, United Kingdom.  As a result we are no longer in a position to provide any information on expected processing times.  Please note that you will be contacted by the London visa office when your application is ready for processing.

if I am not wrong you are eligible to apply Canadian citizen ship after 3 years

you get your permanent resident card after around 6 weeks you've landed in canada. you get your canadian passport when you become a canadian citizen. to become a citizen, you have to live in canada for four years.

Can anyone share that how we can get confirmation about the recieving of initial application at Canada nova scota.. I have checked my application recieving by online tracking system of TCS. Any other method to check??

moreova, um just worried about the processing timings at London.. I wish there isn't any quota system there.. if yes then we Pakis will left behind...

well AOR from CIO takes 45-90 days.

Dear Members, Since applications will be transferred to London, but due to the time difference, any idea how the employment verifications will be performed? my guess is that they'll be handed over to Isl for verification but this might delay the process, please comment. Thank you,

If someone cant find proper answer here at pakistan thread. what he should do? He has right to post new thread & I think this is an international forum and everybody has right to use this forum independently. If there is any such limitations from author then show? Nothing odd in it. People from india and other countries doing the same thing why you pointing pakistanis. No such restrictions here.

Yaar i am waiting for my IELTS test result which will be on 22nd of this month, the only thing that still pinching me is that either my BA which is private means without any coaching either will be considered or no, also any one who can update me on PIPFA that either do i get any points or no, I will be applying for CIO intake on 22nd or 23rd. Inshallah,

Boys and gals please respond if any one knows about my quires.

Dear i dont know weather HEC issues Equivalency for ur PIPFA or not like it issues for ACMA,if u can manage the one then there are the chance to get to get points for that ,this my opinion wait for other Members response on this .

Dear seniors
My birth country is UAE and i have the birth certificate.  Should i need to get it attested from the UAE embassy for the CHC London office for my final application or only the birth certificate will be sufficient?

It is a normal regsitration BC not the late one.

only the degree should be HEC recognised. Does not matter whether pvt or regular.
