Dear All
I want to share following with all of you.

" Some time you feel that every this is in your favor( worldly things) and you will get through but you fail and do not succeed and some time you feel that it seems impossible to achieve something but finally you achieve & succeed( because God was willing). "

This is what i have experienced in my life. So i would suggest that we all must have strong belief in God and keep praying for each other.

One more thing. You are suggested to recite " Surah Rehman" 11 times in one go. You may do this every day or as much as you can. I have done it for my entire life before any major milestone of my life.

Dear rigmarole,

What you have shared are golden words!!! I can relate to most parts of your post. Trust me..

To Hot-lier, imranali, Manj, Ra00, amerzd, ja77 and all other friends who are in a waiting stage for whatever: You have the prayers and best wishes from all of us and Inshallah ALLAH almighty will make all subsequent stages (not just till getting the PR stamped) easy and full of HIS blessings for all of us (AMEEN).
P.S
Since I joined this forum only a few days ago, many people have been of great help and I apologize if I have forgotten to mention any name in particular.

This type of posts have been raised and been answered every time. Though there is no harm asking again and again. As Hot-lier has explained (and I also second to him) that all eduction done and degree / certificated awarded by HEC/approved authority will be considered by CIC though you earn it as regular studen or through private study.

Other seniors please comment please...

mnyasin,

If the highest degree you earned is PRIVATE(EXTERAL) degree even though it is HEC recognized, CHC does not give any points for that. Lets say you did BA as private and that is your highest level of qualification, you will get 5 points for that not 20. One of my family member is recently refused i.e. June 15, 2009 because of that reason. The law says otherwise what CHC is doing. We have requested CHC to reconsider the case and as of now no updates. I will keep you posted with the progress.

wooferpr048,

Whatever duties you perfomed as a cook, you should mentioned it on experience letter. I think it will very "DODGY" to CHC Isb that a BCOM graduate is working as a COOK at an oridinary restaurant.  You will easy get away at Sydney stage but Second Stage................

CHC Isb is well know for its fraud detection skills around the world among CHCs.

Also a recent regular degree can cover the previous private degree. suppose you have done BA private and then MA regular then you will get 22 points.

Thats correct Ra00. In that case your last degree is regular and you will get 22 points. That was exactly the case of HOT_LIER

But Private degrees should get 22 points as well if recognized by HEC. CHC has refused many private degree cases and there was a CLEAR decision of federal court in favor of private degree and intructing CHC to award 20 points for private BA degree.

So the light at the end of the tunnel Smiley Lets see if we can swing the case becaue of FC decision

O Balle balle thai shawa shawa, congratsssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss and now start packing ur bags, cuzz i think it will take more time than the processing time of CHC Smiley))),thats true in my case

 @ Pk09
At which stage of immigration u r in? if u have submitted ur docs to chc and then ur ecas status has changed to in process then it should take 40-50 days maximum to recieve medicals,if u r done with medicals and hoping that ur status will be changed from In process to medical recieved, then it aint gonna happen as in pakistan chc doesnt uodate statuses,it will keep showing iN PROCESS until u  recieve ur PPR,it will only then change to Decision made.

Wooferpr it does't make an difference if you dont work with chain restaurants and Secondly it also does't make any difference that you have your education that is not matching to your profession. It is not required by CHC. bUT THE IMPORTANT THING IS YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION MATCHING TO THE REQUIRED NOC and the purity of your documents and points calculation.

Make sure for your points and that;s it.
