Can anyone tell that how much time CIO sydney taking now a days to send first AOR for Pakistan applicants.
Do they send post mail or just send email.

I received first AOR on Feb 08, 2010 after 72 daz via E-Mail.

CIO, NS donot replies by postal or snail mail.
They only reply on e-mail.

As per ongoing practice, CIC does not send first AOR via surface mail. E-Mail notifications are primary means of communication.

One more thing, i heard that CHC ISB now will not be handling any more cases, instead CHC London is taking all the cases from now onwards, also there is a rule change thingy??? is that true or just a fake voice, ??

iii) Should wait until they contact you.

You should not have to missed anything they had asked to submit. Anyway, in my opinion you do not need to worry and CHC will ask you for this if they really needed you originals by estimating that you forgot to enclose. Never send original without asking because they had clearly mentioned to submit each and everything in checklist only in single packet so your option (i) is not valid.

Anyhow, BEST OF LUCK!!!

I hv sent my complete application to CHC ISB without originals and received AOR dated 15-03-2010. Kindly let me know if there still any chance for any requirement for originals or they hv considered it enough for processing??

Moreover, what is recommended for safe side?

i)   should I send these originals to CHC?
ii)  Should E-mail to CHC asking its requirement?
iii)  Should wait until they contact me?

Infact I am worried that it may cause delay in my case.

Applications lodged on or after April 1 2010, by residents of Pakistan for Canadian Permanent Resident visas in all economic categories are no longer being processed from the Canadian High Commission in Islamabad.

Instead applications for the Quebec Skilled Worker, Provincial Nominee, Investor, Entrepreneur, or Self-Employed Persons categories must be submitted to the Canadian High Commission in London, United Kingdom.

With the exception of applications in advanced stages of processing, applications lodged in the above categories prior to April 1st 2010 will be transferred to London for processing.

Applications and processing fees for the Federal Skilled Worker program should be sent to the Central Intake office in Sydney, Nova Scotia, and they will be forwarded to London.

Though no negative impact is foreseen for the change in processing location, approximately 12,000 files in all economic classes will be transferred to London.
