Dear companions salutations to you all.

Indeed after registering much of comments/convictions/obiter dictum/exegesis/reviews & critical estimates, at this forum, i up to some extent have arrived to a justified answer to my "Application Status". Yet to fulfill the desire to be part of such informative world i dipped into the ocean for the fact to grab inestimable input from the well versed & knowledgeable lot. May i say with great certitude that all endorsers undoubtedly adduce their mind perceptions with utmost precision and credibility which they possess either after going through the process or by walking beside the embankment. A true effort in a true direction for a noble cause must always be commended, and that is what our moral ethics beyond boundaries are.

Like wise i do invite or request to comment on my STATUS with a view to abreast me with the details appended below so that i also get a fair response to tranquilize my bubble anxiety. My wife became a principle applicant against NOC 3112, i myself was a government employee but i resigned last year because as a rule i was not permitted to be part of immigration from my profession (armed forces), more so i never wanted to hide or be a fraud in applying.

("CAS says"
We received your application for permanent residence on March 25, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on May 27, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the London England office on June 1, 2010. The London England office may contact you.)

After completion of stipulated time in the last couple of months i have thrice emailed to London office regarding the inquiry of my status, to my surprise they have not bothered to reply. Why i am worried is because my very precious time is being wasted vis a vis my two kids(7,5) are also suffering due to uncertainty of interrupted educational facility. Whereas a letter issued by London Office in August 2010 clearly stated the time  from 8 - 12 months which is a clear violation of norms. We cannot consider it banter, many prestigious issues are seriously linked with the immigration process. Because transformation in not an easy task.

Well keeping above in mind i humbly request to pls put me wise for some valuable comments. Naturally it raises frustration linked with other problems.

At the end i do hope a fruitful out come for every personage present here.

Good Luck and May ALLAH be with you all.

Hi. First of all where did you find all those words...I wish i could write with such a vast vacubalary... Grin Grin Grin

secondly its weird the have'nt replied on your emails...in my expereicne they replied each and every email i sent....they have a turn around time of 28 days to reply emails but usually do in couple of weeks.......are u using webform ot direct email address of visa office...do mention here the email address of VO you are using for correspondence...

Thirdly you should wait for a bit more time..people who submitted their apps to VOs across the world under pre june rules around 2nd quarter to last quarter of 2010 are still waiting for any further instcructions...guess is it will start pouring in from 1st quarter of 2012.

A lot depends on the 2012 immigration levels and mix they are going to announce in nov-2011...I am hoping they will increase visa quotas for skilled worker category...if that happens more of us will be able to get visas in 2012....keep your fingers crossed.

Dear companions salutations to you all.

KNM,

My time-lines are somewhat similar to you and status is the same at the moment.....

What I can suggest is either to wait for Last Quarter of 2011 and first quarter of 2012 and hope and pray that some thing happens....
OR
Go for legal action against the CIC through an expert Canadian lawyer (Tim Leahy) whose email address is :
tel @ myforefront.com
This Guy (Tim Leahy) is looking to collect the details of all sufferers of CIC (Pre June 2010) and launch a case in Canadian Court based on the fact that CIC have not met the deadlines given by them to applicants and as a result the people are suffering......

Altough, personally I am not in favor of launching such case against CIC due to financial risks involved and such act may weaken your case as you are taking CIC to court..... but all depends how and what you think.....

Best of luck..

Thats the problem. They have clearly mentioned that they only reply to webform / case specific enquiries if they fall within the set time limit. Always email at london-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca

Hi everyone,

My timelines are as follow:

- Applied           23/09/2009
- First AOR        18/10/2010
-Second AOR      03/08/2011
-NOC                0711

In my earlier querry I asked that If late submission of my documents with 4 days delay to London visa office will effect my case?. Brother Salman replied me positively and said that if 2nd AOR is recieved that means my case is accepted for further processing but brother Hopeful Canadian told me that I may be refused for due to late submission.

I recieved my GCMS Information on 17/08/2011 and in the section for eligibility assessment conducted on 18/10/2010, I have given point for my age only and no point for expereince, language, education and adaptibility are given. The next due date is 17/11/2011 for eligibility assessment. My question is that points not awarded to experience, language and adaptibility is due to my late submission of documents or it will be awarded during second stage of assessment due on 17/11/2011?

I am worrying and will be greatful if somebody could reply me.

with regards
