AoA Folks,
I have 2 updates, not sure if its at all helpful for anyone though;
1) My landlord told me last month that his son got his FSW visa sometime in July. He had applied 7 years ago. I guess that makes it 2004. He's now left for Canada.
2) After a long time, my ECAS address has changed from my home address, to my office address. My phone also changed from my home # to my cell #. It had changed from office address to home address quite a few months back. ECAS status is still RBVO.
Just thought I'd share.

i think that we all pre june applicants must email chc london to inquire about refund of money because when we apply for fsw it means our applications will be processed in one year.i think when they got 144000 back log mails for refund they start thinking to process pre june apllicants....what u all think??

Dear Friends and Experts,
I have applied for PNP in March 2011.. and its "in process".. I know this is for skilled worker category here but as i am Pakistani, my problem can be solved here... I have got job in Saudi arabia, and i want to join it... Now i am doing job in Pakistan... as if i move to saudi arabia i will tell to Immigration department... But will it delay my process??
One more thing... as if my case will be sent to VO and i will be in saudi arabia and VO will request my passport, i will not be able to send my passport as my Employer (Qafeel) will hold it and will not give me until i complete the 2 years contract... Please guide me whether i should avail this opportunity or wait here until i get immigration or there is any other way for it, like they issue landing papers instead of asking passport...
Please help and give me best suggestion... ALLAH helps you all...

You should get the latest check list and forms from here. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.aspIn the latest check list you have to send copies of birth certificates and Nikah nama. No need to send originals. If you want to follow previous check list then you have to send original. I suggest you to follow new check list and fill and send new forms. its the best for you. That depends upon what kind of PNP u have applied for? Passport request may take more than 2 years so dont wait and avail the Saudi opportunity. Dear Friends and Experts,
