send them an email on following email address. mention your complete application related details and ask for your new file number. london-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca Dear Friends, I received my 1st AOR June 7 2010, and Submitted all the original documents on 1st Oct 2010 to London, and the Curiers service track shows it was delivered on 3rd Oct 2010 (118th Day). after that there is no any contact from London office. my NOC is 0213. last month i sent one e-mail to the London office through ( Case Specific Enquiry on web). but no any response came. now I am a bit worry about my original documents. can any body tell me that from where can i get the information about my application. The CAS is also showing unavailable for my application. if some one has direct e-mail ID

looking at your timelines i think you must be among the batch they are going to work on next...so be patient...your big day is coming soon..other than case specific queries, emails and eCAS there's no other way to check or communicate with them...what you can do is carefully draft an email which you should send them once every 40 odd days to keep reminding them you are over 2 years and still not in process. check your messages in 5 min. Thanks Haral!
My NOC is 3142 (Physiotherapist)
I tried to anticipate through an e-mail but very much disappointed to see the reply in which instead of addressing my problem, they just copied and pasted the same matter that I had already read on page 1665 of this forum with a title of
"For Applicants (between February 27, 2008 and June 25, 2010)"
Do not have any idea what to do and whom to approach? They do not answer properly, what to ask them and how?

i applied for FSW-NOC-2151 on 30 dec 2010 from Jeddad KSA.documents were recieved by CIO on 4th Jan 2011.today i recieved "request for medical Certificate (MC) and police certificate (PC).currently i am residing in Pakistan for the last six months. Do i have to aquire Police certificate from KSA where i resided for two years or have to submit PC for Pakistan only (my current residency). The letter recieved states to "inform them if the current status of residence has changed". How long does MC/PC process takes. what are the further steps.

Yup! drop them a mail, wait for their reply.. after you get it.. remind them again after approx 30 to 60 days! that should do the trick.. However, if u dont hear from them, repeat the 30-60 therapy, although im sure you'll get something from them Insha Allah. Thanks very much Haral! Received your message. When should I send this to them? After around 40 days?

ya give a gap of around 40 days from your last email to them...you see sometimes when they get an email about a case which is going over the expectable time lines...they start working on it but the email reply dones'nt reflect that...so 40 days would be an acceptable timeframe which will give you an idea whether any progress has been made... Thanks very much Haral! Received your message. When should I send this to them? After around 40 days?
