Dear All Need your expert advise on the response received from London VO. I emailed them my updated contact information and scanned experience letters for update to my application and this is what i received. I have doubts about the last part as my application is currently in "In Process" stage from March'11 and my case was filed in 2009. So is this related to cases filed in 2011 or what??
Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for your enquiry.
Your documents have been received.
CIC is working closely to manage arrivals in Canada, so that we meet, but do not exceed the immigration plan set by Parliament last fall for 2011. Since we have larger inventories of applications than limits within the immigration plan for admissions to Canada, we must process applications according to the priorities set by Parliament. As we have a sufficient number of applications in our high priority categories, we are not in a position to process your application at this time, nor can we predict when processing on your application will resume.
Yours sincerely,
|

there are few NOCs under previous rules we applied against (pre june-10) which generated probably 60-70% of all FSW aplications and these are 4121, 4131, 0213 (computer professionals and university professors)..now whats being observed through this forum and some news posts that these may face some additonal delays since commonsence dictates that thousands of applicants should not flood their job market under just 2-3 occupations... this is just hypothesis on my account so dont take it to bank...........this also does'nt mean your app wont be processed...it will be but they need to smartly manange the intake from these two NOCs...so not to have a situation of few jobs and more job seekers....dont forget there are lot of immigrants under these two NOCs who are still trying to get jobs in their professions over in Canada. You can apply for any job. Don't be frustrated, I'm also a 0213 applicant, applied in Oct 2008, and just got my meds a month back. Just hold on, waiting is better than nothing.

Initial application Jan 2009 MEdcial Oct 2009 REmedical June 2011
After the medicals , background checks delay ppr But they will call for remedical only after completing background checks and if they have decided to give you visa. I feel now you should get the visa soon.

I got my originals just returned a month back along with the meds, so if its not really required just let them rest there along with your application.

Did they return your employment letters / experience certificates ?

Hi, Can anybody help me get somewhere. Initial application (Novia Scotia).... 9.7.2009 Docs sent to Islamabad...... 30.12.2009 Case transferred London...... June 2010 The case is still NOT "In process", whereas my fellow sent Docs in March 2010 and his case and other cases as I see on this forum as well with the same timeline are now In process. I sent an e-mail to London office on the issue, but they sent a pre-formatted reply (the one mentioning 425000 applicants), they used to send to all perhaps. Can any one guide me what to do now? ?? They say it may take 2 or more years to process my case. What if they have not starting processing the case yet? From when these 2 years will be counted? ? Its already been more than 2 years now....

Dear Friends, I received my 1st AOR June 7 2010, and Submitted all the original documents on 1st Oct 2010 to London, and the Curiers service track shows it was delivered on 3rd Oct 2010 (118th Day). after that there is no any contact from London office. my NOC is 0213. last month i sent one e-mail to the London office through ( Case Specific Enquiry on web). but no any response came. now I am a bit worry about my original documents. can any body tell me that from where can i get the information about my application. The CAS is also showing unavailable for my application. if some one has direct e-mail ID
Regards,
Ali

Thanks Haral!
My NOC is 3142 (Physiotherapist)
I tried to anticipate through an e-mail but very much disappointed to see the reply in which instead of addressing my problem, they just copied and pasted the same matter that I had already read on page 1665 of this forum with a title of
"For Applicants (between February 27, 2008 and June 25, 2010)"
Do not have any idea what to do and whom to approach? They do not answer properly, what to ask them and how?
