well i have experienced the same thing of disappearance of address

this was also since friday night after i recieved my 2nd AOR from visa office london via email

i hope that's not a problem

2nd AOR from London visa office and thats too for a post 26 june applicant? Please share with us what did you receive in the 2nd AOR.

well they have asked for
updated police certificates for me and my wife
updated imm8 and schedule 1 forms for me and my wife
updated proof of funds
and
original degree certificate for me and my wife

all this in 60 days

Thats strange, why would they need an updated imm8 and schedule1 forms ?? Also, original degree is of no use to them if original transcripts are provided in the first place ... On the other hand, they usually ask for a pcc and a bank statement, as they've asked you too ...
Well, at least they've contacted you in time ... Hope thats good for you ... ! !

i think they ve askd for updated forms for any change in address or anything like that ...

as for the degree even i am confused....i have sent the original transcripts in uni sealed envelopes...
as far as them asking for original degree, i have heard from a friend of mine who has applied through a consultant that the canadian personals there have caught a few persons with fake degrees and this has added to the processing times esp. in the case of pakistani applications.

well everything's ready ..i just need to get the updated police certificates , will then dispatch all that they have asked for

those who have applied from june-2010-dec-2010 they are geeting roughly from 6 months of their RBVO date into In process
those who have applied from Jan-2011 till june-2011 they are getting roughly from 4 months of their RBVO date In process

Hi All,

Though it is my first post but I am not new to this forum. I am a regular reader of this forum.  I have some queries regarding my case for canadian immigration. Following are case details:

Applied                                                                   January 2009 to CHC Islamabad
Forms returned                                                        August 2009 with advice to submit my application to CIO, Sydney,Canada
Resubmitted my Aplication to CIO                               September 2009.Application lost in CIO.       

I resubmitted my initial application to CIO again in April 2010 as per advice of CHC Islamabad.

First AOR recieved by CIO  18 October 2010 with advice to submit my application with documents to CHC London with in 120 days.

I relocated to Singapore in 15 september 2010 for job and still residing in Singapore. I want your valuable views on the following queries:

- My 120 days period was elapsed in 14 February 2011 and I sent my application with full documents to CHC London on 18 Feb 2011 from Singapore which was recieved on 21 Feb 2011. My ecase status is RVBO (Recieved by visa office). Will late submission effect my case decision?

- I have total 11 years of exerience and out of this 8 years fall in the required NOC . My current job is slightly different from the NOC for which I applied. Will this have an impact on my case?

- I passed my IELTS in 24 October 2009, when I first time sent my documents to CIO? Do I need to submit my new IELTS again to CHC London or the old one will be OK
-Normally how much time the whole procedure will require?

-One thing is very funny although CIO confirmed that my first application submitted in Sep 2009 was lost, but my ecase status showing the reciept date of my first application 23 September 2009. Can anybody comment on it?

I will be very greatful for your valuable  comments and pieces of advice.

I applied in Nov 2010...so that means 6 months after I got PER??

your application will be rejected as soon as they open it for further action after RBVO because the VO would,nt allow any extension in the limit of 120 days even a single day. That has happened with me by mistake when my full documents were wrongly datemarked (a day beyond 120 days ) and was hence rejected but my Lawyer Mr. Cohen was comptenet enough to deal with the situation and hence my application was restored and is in Process now.

I wish your application to be considered by the VO but you must be ready for rejection.

My advice to you is to get ready for a new application and as soon as you get back your package/documents, reapply.

If you have received the second AOR then sure they have accepted it because AOR is sent after the completeness checks. 4 days of delays should not affect your case as it is normal in mail service. 99% they have accepted it if your status is RBVO and 100% if you have got the second AOR.

Its OK and will not affect your case if you have one year of experience in required NOC in the last 10 years

IELTS is valid for 2 years so no problem. Make sure you have sent General training IELTS. Academic is not accepted.

No one knows but if you have applied to CIO before June 2010 then it will take 24 to 36 months
