Dear dont depend upon the views of consultants ,they are killers,most of the consultants know nothing about immigration,just send an email to Qorax who is an expert and offers his sincere services to all of us ,discuss your case from A-z with him,
My personal opinion is that to meet 67 points you should have submitted and sent your IELTS test TRF to VISA OFFICE,
Make it fast lest you should loose the opportunity,

i have mailed chc london about my newborn thy mail me back and required updated generic and additional family information forms and 150 doller fee.and 4 baby pics..
i wanna know is that right that i have to send mine and my wife pic also bcause in generic form the spaces are reserved for these pictures and if so do i past or staple them...and also tel me the address of london office where i have to send these things...

I have a question. I sent my documents to the Respective Canadian office in December last year but i haven't received any reply from them about whether my application has been accepted or not. I'm getting very tense because a lot of people get their reply in 2-3 months and it has been 5+ months and i haven't heard anything from them. Can someone tell me what should i do now? Should i email CHC London and ask them about my status?

Whats your ecas status ? If it is Received by VO then sure they have sent you AOR. These AORs are not sent by registered posts so sometimes they are lost in the middle. Visa office is bound to reply you within 120 days of receiving your full application with documents. If you dont have clue just send a case specific inquiry to VO. AsA

Initially my case was filed by Johar Consultant, Karachi on May 20th 2010 and received positive assessment from CIO on 13th October 2010. Full Application received by CHC London on 22nd November 2010.
By profession, I am working as Assistant Manager Finance in Treasury department and filed my case under FSW 0111 (pre-June 2010). Earlier, I had approached my consultant mentioned above through newspaper in which they had advertised that offered services to get Canadian Immigration without IELTS and Interview.
They have calculated my points as under:
Education 20
Age 10
Experience 21
Adaption 09
Total 60 without claiming IELTS.
My full application was received by CHC on November 22nd 2010 and ECAS showing RECEIVED BY VISA OFFICE since February 2011. In response to my email CHC London have confirmed the receipt of full documents and asked to wait till further announcement by Canadian parliament under the first Ministerial instruction as our NOC is not under priority.
It is personally in my knowledge that few applicants who filed their respective cases through Johar Consultant without IELTS in July and Aug 2009, they recently got their Medical requests last month.

I am surprised that you have submitted without IELTS, after June 26 2010 it is a must, I will say even now you should go for IELTS immediately and submit the result as soon as possible to chc. |

Which documents are required to be presented on the day the medical is being done. Do they want to see the Negatives of our photographs ( actually i got my photograph snapped from NASA on digital camera so I dont have their Negatives)

Dear All
Please suggest that my case status has turned into "In process" in March'11 but inside story is the same pending review. Will it make any difference if i CHC London Visa office to return my orginal documents?
Further kindly suggest that should i apply for CAIPS notes for my case.
