Dear I had sent my full documents to VO on 15th Nov 2010 with my old IELTS,later on I made a fresh attempt of IELTS and sent an improved result on 2n April 2011, after some days my 2nd AOR came which was dated 14th April 2011,

I sent my full application without IELTS and not intended to submit at any stage.

If any one apply before 26/06/10 then had a choice either IELTs or written proof, as you have submitted a written proof, if it is not accepted, you don't get a chance to submit IELTs If it is not sufficient, then you may get a very low mark in language. 
 
Once decided to submit a written explanation of your language skills rather than IELTs, and if the Visa office decides it doesn't meet the proof for Canadian Language Benchmarks, then visa officer will assign the points as s/he feels your written explanation is worth.  It might be quite low.  You don't get a second chance to take IELTs.

Yes dear but if you are a pakistani,and your mother language is other than English or French then you will have to give a written proof of your english/french proficiency, it involves a long process e.g confirmation/attestation  from HEC,Boards ,universities etc regarding your Medium of Instruction ,thats why one needs IELTS for immigration+calculation of Applicant's points is easily made/estimated through IELTS whereas if IELTS result  is not produced its up to the Jurisdiction of Visa Officer what he decides regarding Applicant's language ability,
I wonder why you did not submitted your IELTS uptill this stage,did you receive your 2nd AOR,how many points do claim without IELTS?

In my opinion you can withdraw and use your funds during the initial stages of your case however as soon as you receive Medical Request,it is advised to maintained required balance till Visa Stamping. I, very humbly, would like to request our respectable fellow members that before raising any query, just search the thread with the help of key words, you will find the opinion of very senior members like, Manj, MRS, Hotlier Domingo and man others. My friend's status changed to decision made  yesterday after one month of getting step 1 letter from CHC London. He hasn't received ppr yet. What does it mean? He is really worried.

Well i am really happy to see how we all are trying to help each other in our future dreams. This is the first time i am writing in to this forum. As sloppy as i could be, i just found this forum out this passed sunday. So do bear with me.

Friends we applied in July 2009. And Got our First Letter from CIO Sydney in September, and furnished all the documents by 13 October 2009 ( Well then it was Islamabad), Later on somewhere in Oct 2010 the status showed that our file has been transfered to London. And still there is no news. Can any one guide..........What is going on........Our Profession was 0111 (Manager Accounts)

whats your ecas status now? As the Canadian immigration policy changed on 26 june 2010 so they are giving priority to applicants who applied on or after 26 june 2010. The best thing you could do is send CHC London case specific enquiry. Use the following webform or email them

Their email address is london-im-enquiry   @   international.gc.ca

Further try to read this forum and you will get an idea whats going on around.
