Yes an explanation letter would be sufficient, stating the completion of your MBA program in 1999 (backed up by your transcript) and then highlighting the Degree Issuance Date which is of 2007. It should not be a significant issue at all.

Little insight needed

I did my MBA in august 1999, at that time my institute was unchartered. But later on in 2002 it was awarded charter  by HEC(higher education commission) and was converted into a university. University filed an application in high court that previous students of that college should also get recognized degree, court ruled in their favor but imposed a condition that date on degree will be the date of decision and University issued us a new degree but issuance date on it is feb 2007. on my transcript completion date is august 1999.

Problem is my experience starts form december 1999. What should i do?> Should i attach an explanation letter?

I had sent them Birth Certificates of Myself & Brother... now they again requested for the same... So what should i be sending them NOW?

PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP IN CANADA

•Proof of relationship to your close relative in Canada, such as birth, marriage or adoption certificates.

•If your close relative is a permanent resident of Canada: photocopy of his or her Record of Landing (IMM 1000), Confirmation of Permanent Residence or Permanent Resident Card.

•If your close relative is a Canadian citizen: proof of Canadian citizenship, such as a photocopy of pages of a Canadian passport or Canadian citizenship card.



Family Registration Certificate(FRC)

The family certificate is a document which contains the details of all the family members. It is usually use for the visa purposes requirement of the embassies to show the relatedness or connection by blood or marriage or adoption.
Fee StructureThe fee for the processing of family registration certificate is Rs.500 which is deposited at NSRC's

Application Procedure for FRC
The applicant visit NSRC with the photocopy of the CNIC's of all the family members where after the payment of fee the data of all the family members is entered and FRC is issued within four days.

Documents Required


Names and CNIC numbers of all family members
CNIC copies of the family members
Copy of applicant passport (1st two pages) and Sponsorship letter.
CRC holder children have to visit NSRC for capturing the picture
