London Vo is has a set target of 17500 visas for  this year ,see the link http://www.lawpoint.ca/images/stories/visatargets2011.png
now my question is that how many post june applicants have submitted their full docs to london vo,I guess their number so far is less than 40 (who r members of this forum,actual number can be multiplied with say 5,which means that ALMOST 200 applicants have submitted their applications under new rules,of-course they will be issued visas on priority basis ,similarly may be they double/triple the current figures till the end of this year , so overall such applicants  would figure around3000- 4000 at the max. now the visas available will surely be for rest of us 2nd priority should of course be given to list of 38 Noc ,so lots of visas r available dear ,
 I hope that those applicants whose cases r moving ,getting 2nd AORs ,IN PROCESS,MR they will INSHAALLA get VISA THIS year.
this is my PURE GUESS,my guess moslty goes correct,
the real knowledge lies with GOD only.

May 08 applicants applied as SAP PROCESS, while 38o list was announced in Nov 08. File was sent to CIO by CHC ISB in 09, sent back to ISB in 2010, and no APRIL 11 transferred to London, no any doc request, no 2nd AOR YET, NOTHING IS MISSED.

By the Grace of Almighty Allah today I have received my Passport back with Maple Leaf on it.  Thank you all the forum members for your valuable support

here is the update from my side.

after 143 days of sending my full documnets to CHC London
yesterday i got my 2nd AOR through regular mail
AOR issuance date is 18th April delivered to me on 29th April
A new file Number has been pasted on the letter

It took almost complete year to reach till here as i submitted my initial application
to CIO on 23rd April and reached there on 3rd May 2010.

hopefully till May 2012 we will get our visas stamped on our Passports.

Dear all

I am May 2008 applicant and I applied as simplified application process.
Today my file is transferred to CHC London from ISB.

No doc request ever.

I would like to know how long it will take to doc request from CHC London. what next?

Also my wife was diagnosed with Breast cancer Insitu cured with surgery (stage 0  very early stage), is this going to be problem?

we applied in august 2008 by simplified application last month recieved therequest from london office to submit the documents except police clearance they also asked for IELTS test however my husband had his degree from US we are collecting the requested documents and will submit them next week inshallah. I changed my address from pakistan to UK bcuz as we moved here. so they said

"they will assess the application 90 days after the date of this letter the officer will makethe decision to approceit, refuse it, or call you for interview based on the documentats and information contained in your application at the time of assesment. it is your intrest to submit requested documents within 90 days. you will be notified in writing of the officers decision.

please alow four months for us to review incoming correspondence; please do not contact us unless there are significant issues... bla bla bla"

also my husband's job code was 0122 which was not on the list but i submited an e mail last year to tell them taht my husbands job responsibilities also match with NOC 0111 which was financial managers.

As I had withdrawn my last application in June 2010 and got an official letter in Sept. 2010  from CIO for getting refund in 4-6 weeks but still no reply.pls. tell me CIO mailing address and e-mail address.
Secondly,October 2010 of London applicant?hav they got Medical request?

Thank you ALL, my loving brothers and seniors

I am explaining here the reasons of delay (as per my understandings)

I have submitted my complete application to Islamabad Office in October 2008 and in February 2009 I received my original documents back with a letter to explain a Period of Un-employment, I mentioned in my Schedule 1, which I provided in due courses.  As per my CAIPS Notes, my file was transferred to CSIS for a deep security analysis in February 2009 after receiving my reply to their letter.  CSIS in a letter confirmed that they received a request from CIC concerning my application and that after completing the check they submitted their report in April 2010.  Meanwhile Case was transferred to London and now in April 2011 I received my Medical Paper. (To tell the truth I don,t know yet whether the Packet CIC London sent to me via TCS include, Medical Paper or not, because I will pick up the packet tomorrow on Monday and then will open to see it what is inside).

So as per my understanding the reason for the delay in my case, was that Period of Unemployment.

Thank you ALL for their valuable times especially my old forum member, I am really thankful to you people and keep me in your prayers.

I have completed my Medical and will soon be forwarded to London Visa Office. I also have received updated PCC request to send within 60 days.

I think you are very lucky becoz on 16th april 2011 you got medical and on 24th april 2011 you got passport back with maple leaf. (only in 8 days you have completed all the things its unbelievable.)

I think you are very lucky becoz on 16th april 2011 you got medical and on 24th april 2011 you got passport back with maple leaf. (only in 8 days you have completed all the things its unbelievable.)

read carefully he has not received the passport back with visa. he said in the end he wish he can write that thing in this month
