CIO received my application on March 16, 2010 but still no news and they have not yet debited by Credit Card.
What do you people suggest, should I send them email?

Your case is in the old track. Now a days CHC is dealing with 2004/5 cases so nobody can give you time frame. you have to wait.

Assalam o Alekum
I had applied for Canadian Immigration in February 2008, Canadian Embassy in Islamabad received my application on 21st of February 2008 . Now I want to withdraw my application and reapply. Please guide me about the procedure of withdrawing the application for permanent residence in Canada. I assume that I will get my fee back if I withdraw my application, please verify it too.

CHC and CIC are trying to overcome the backlog and things are moving fast now.to clear this CHC have shifted all cases which are not in advance stages to CHC-LONDON, So hope for the best. |

If processing is not started on your case you can withdraw and the fee will be returned to you. Just write a letter to CHC-ISL but first check your status on e-cas. GOODLUCK |

assalamualaikum,
Im new to this forum and this is my first post. i wanted to ask how should we proceed with the canadian immigration process and what are initial steps. i tried to calculate my points on CIC website but it ends up with 57 points though more than of 67 points are required.
does anyone know any good consultant/agent who can help in karachi near saddar/defence area. any support would be appreciated in this regard.

I have received 2 AOR on 16th April and my ECAS shows "Received by Visa Office" no V/Call. When should i expect ECAS in "IN PROCESS". My full docs received at CHC-ISB on 30th March-2010. I have heard from this forum all applications transferred to CHC- London but on CHC website from 1st April-2010 CHC-London would be responsible for all Pakistan application. Should i expect any future correspondence from CHC-London or CHC-ISB? |
