Dear Forum members,

Wanted to let everyone know that i got the rejection letter stating that i had not submitted the required documents on time. I faxed, couriered and emailed the reconsideration appeal as i never received that letter. By the grace of Allah, London VO has reopened my case. Surprisingly, the responses to the emails were very prompt.

Many Thanks to people who guided me.

dear forum members my friend took IELTS through AEO but he cant achieve the required points, my question is can he appear through British Council after one month of AEO IELTS?

You can sit in AEO or British Council any time because there are no restrictions to sit in IELTS test any no of time either AEO or BC

hmmm may be this mean that after June,  Applicants will start getting MRs / PPRs upto August or September-12 (as indicated in email that they will send review results upto August-12)

First of all " tusi great ho tofa qabool karo"   as per your advise exactly after 4 month received an email from LVO and asked me to resubmitt Schedule A for me and my spouse wihtout any gaps, also the informed that they are issuing MR of my newly added child today.

I really appriciate your knowledge and your attitude. Mola hum sab per karam karain.

Depends where you have sent the application according to your residence, if living in Pakistan or in the Gulf it will be London

Help me out last year i got my file back  with a letter from nova scotia that cap reached as cap for NOC 2121 was over just in 19 days.i m wating for new rules for federal skilled worker programme.but dont know when it will be out?do CIO  nova scotia recieve file by hand or just accept them by post and if we post our file from tronto or nova scotia to CIO office how much time wil it take to reach my file in intake office.plzzzz help me out.

Last year I did the same and sent my file from Toronto It took two days through normal Post. They only receive through Post or through Courier, Its better to send through Courier, so u can track the shipment details and will know who received it in CIO office. The new rules are gonna out this 1 July 2012  but hopefully they will repeat old ones as there is no new rules info available at the net. Though CIC has some plans/suggestions to alter 67 points grid system and shuffle  some more points towards experience......... any how it will be clear by the end of next week..... Keep in touch with this forum and canadavisa website and with other sites for update info......
