Can you share date of letter? How many days passed to reach you?

I just collected packet from TCS through a relative. It is 6-12 months wait letter. Is it positive?

My application was rejected in Feb 2012 becuase of wrong calculation of points. I opted for the appeal and today I received a mail containing following

"I have reviewed the file and the case notes and I can confirm that there
was an error made in the calculation of adaptability points
. I am therefore prepared to reconsider your
application.
You will be advised of the next processing steps by post or by email to
the mailing and email addresses provided in the application."

pl guide me what could be the next step

question- ive been in process since feb- done our medicals now waiting for ppr. i check my status once every month.... today when i checked its giving the exact same information that file is in process yati yattaa....but today the date the page was modified was changed from 15th march to 9th may. this means that they updated the info in May- so why isnt there any medical recieved line? is it lost? im so tired of guessing and wondering.

again sincec im using a consultant he is responsible for correspondence and he is relaxed because it will be 4 months from medical in july so he isnt taking any action yet.

  what to do?

I was unable to check my e-status for the last 10 days..today I successfully log in and found some changes.

Before this my e-status was showing DM and letter sent on 23rd April..but now it shows some different information.

DM has been disappeared and now it shows only below message:-

We received your application for permanent residence on June 4, 2010.
 
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on April 23, 2012. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

I want to know is my application still alive or will I receive any rejection letter??

Hi All,
I was away from this forum from last two months as my status turned to Decision made in april 2012. But today i checked my status and its turned into RBVO and decision made line is also disappeared. Wana know if its a system bug or something really turned good. My ecase shows

We received your application for permanent residence on May 31, 2010.
 
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on April 13, 2012. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

But I never received the letter which ecase saying that they sent me on 13 April. I contacted the Visa office through email in late may 2012 and LVO responded that the said letter is not dispatched till 27th may.

Please advise
