I applied in April 2011
they received my application in August 2011 as it was written on my online status page.
By the way i applied by using consultancy service.
If you applied through consultant then ask your consultant to prepare your appeal. But still you have option to apply yourself also you have only 30 days to apply after the day which is on your letter. so do not waste time and be quick. |

Dear All
My application was rejected in Feb 2012 becuase of wrong calculation of points. I opted for the appeal and today I received a mail containing following
"I have reviewed the file and the case notes and I can confirm that there
was an error made in the calculation of adaptability points
. I am therefore prepared to reconsider your
application.
You will be advised of the next processing steps by post or by email to
the mailing and email addresses provided in the application."
pl guide me what could be the next step
Starali please add me in the list again

Dear,
Simply write to VO and explain him the situation and again send the same certificates. Try to use polite language.
In my case VO did not give me spouse's educational points and I sent again all original educational certificates along with appeal.

However, they sent back all other originals documents. I also claimed that please send me back original attested certificate of my spouse. Is it ok, in my case? |

I also claimed that please send me back original attested certificate of my spouse. Is it ok, in my case?
In your case, it seems to be that your spouse's original attested certificate might be misplaced. Otherwise they must have sent u back along with the other originals... |

Khazina is right it seems that original transcript of your spouse is misplaced by VO. you should also inform them that they do not return your spouse original transcript. Send them copy and ask them that you are applying for duplicate copy of transcript. |
