this is a question for all forum members,
i read somewhere on this forum b4, the number of visas that the LVO is alotted to give a particular number of Visas each year.. i cant remember how many visas they are allowed this year.. can someone confirm this? i think it is somewhere on the cic website as well..
also, what is the timeframe for this visa to be allotted is it from Jan 2012 to Dec 2012? or is it from July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012?
your early reply will be highly appreciated.

This year they allocated LVO with 12000 visas and its July 1 2012 to June 30 2012. I have read in a CIC periodic new letter in which statistics were given for each CHC around the world NDCHC were allocated with 8000 visa for the same period |

so tat means theywill have the new quota of visas in July (around 1 months time!!)
dont u all think that the process of MR and visas should spped up after 2012 then??
until june it seams the are concentrating on MI1.. do u all think that MI2 and MI3 should see there process speed up after 2012?

Obviously they ran out of the current year's quota... not we will see movement in all the cases after July... There will be very few left waiting for VISAS from MI 1 so it will be basically MI 2 and 3. Moreover, they issue medicals only when they have VISA quota available.... |

Sir PPR 1 can take up to 4 months as I have read somewhere mentioned by Starali bro (plz correct me if am wrong).... very few cases go beyond this time limit due to extensive security checks.... I expect they are busy in completing MI 1 cases review by June and to meet this deadline, they didnt issue PPR 1 to those who have done their medicals as they are already reviewed and moved on to next step... I feel by june or mid june there will be too many posts inshallah about PPR 1 .................... |

Ya bro I know its not gender related, just kidding.. no we were developing on that people submitted docs after june 2010 are getting 6-12 months letters... but you are the only case from that time group who got medicals mashallah.... I guess its also involve when full docs are requested not submitted.... again a guess |
