Well I think this treatment of backlog is only typical of LVO....it is proving to be the slowest for MI3 and the cruelist for MI1 and MI2.Why this discrimination?? Cry....Any comments?

one of friends in pakistan got rejected recently under M1 rules...he applied under 0213 NOC....He had'nt send some of the docs which were to be sent a sper visa office checklist......VO must have made some mistakes in case processings but lot of the applicantions are rejected because of the JD mismatch,,,,,incomplete documentation etc etc...

To some extent I agree to your quote "discrimination". We have an example on this forum of one applicant of London (MI 1) who got medicals in Feb 2012 and PPR in April 2012. It was very quick for him. But for us it take ages for get PPR after medicals.

Dear All,

I have been following this thread for quite few weeks.; especially applicants filled their cases in 2010 and ended up 2012.
I have noticed that those who got rejected/refused , on such casess the decision made was reall 'quick"; From " IN PROCESS" time  to Refused '"  time is barely a month or less.

M I RIGHT , FALLOWS?   IF YES   THAN WHY SO QUICK???

I dont know what do u mean by PA.
Interview was smooth and the person is very friendly and professional. She ask me about all my professional history, my work experiences and ask the question from my job duties which I have mentioned and some question she asked to test my knowledge of my qulification(basically my NOC is 1111 and I m a qualified chartered Accountant).
Also she asked various question from the updated forms to check weather the things I mentioned  in the form are same as I m telling to her.
Also she asked some question related to the proof of the funds, and especially if there is any unusual or big transaction so be prepare and you should have all the answer related to the transaction.
She asked some general question to my wife which relates to her.
She did not ask any question related to the canada but you should prepare yourself she can ask you question related to cananda

I hope it will help you to prepare for your interview, for more information you should read previous post (after date march 5, 2012) a person a have posted how to prepare and what to prepare for the interview which is quite informative and helpful for the interview

Thanks

- I have filed case in Nov 2009. Does it make me M1 applicant?
- If I am M1 applicant, are there anybody else who have sent updated documents and RPRF and is M1 applicant?

After getting IN Process with date you are 60% on the safe side.

After getting additional documents request you are 70% on the safe side.

After getting 6 to 12 month wait letter you are 70% on the safe side.

After getting medicals request you are 80% on the safe side.

After getting passport request you are 97% on the safe side.

After getting VISA you are 99% on the safe side.

After LANDING and complete all the requirements you are 100% on the safe side.
