The quota for the year 2012-13 will be finalized in June/July. Most probably in mid of October all programe managers will be updated for their next year targets.

I've started a discussion on subject 6 to 12 months hold letter in LinkedIn group and gathered The above information from there.

As per the current information, MI 1 cases will retain their top priority and most probably they'll use FIFO to overcome current backlog situation.

But exactly what they'll do, no one can commit. God better knows Smiley
Thanks for update..

Dear Seniors,

I received my CAIPs note on friday and as per CAIPS note

"IMM 1017S requested : 19-3-2012 and RPRF reqested : 19-3-2012"

It means that they have send the medical on 19-3-2012. Unfortunately I did not received any thing yet and I send e-mail to CIC last Friday and awaited response.

Do any member faced this type of situation? Please advice what I can do now as 57 days already passed and 90 days limit to send the medical and fees back to CIC.

AoA Folks,

I am updating my application for sending off to CHC-LDN.  In the new IMM0008 form, there is a cell under Dependants, that says "Dependant Type".  It gives options;

Type A
Type B
Type C

Interestingly, it is blocked out for my spouse, but shows for all 4 kids.  I don't have time to read through any guides.  So, if anybody can help me with this, I'd appreciate it.

Also, my FBI Clearance Report has not arrived yet.  So, I'm just sending them a copy of what I sent to the FBI in USA, and mentioning this in my cover note.  My deadline is about to expire, so can't wait any longer.  Any thoughts on that?

Thanks.

•since before the age of 22, or
•since marrying or entering into a common-law relationship (if it happened before the age of 22).
Type C
