yes you can go for study at any age, but you should have a solid reason for studying, a degree related to your field, such as "master of risk management" but more importantly go to a proper university not colleges. If you have admission in a proper university with the funds to pay your fee the VO does not mind, problem is when people apply to colleges for 7 or 8 month diplomas that makes the VO suspicious.
I will give you one for this one..

Background check is verifiication of what you have declared in Schedule A - Background / Declaration form for yourself and other members of your family. This involves review of your supporting docs and third party direct confirmations.
Certainly don't ask them "when i will receive the PPR", because it is not our call, in any case their covering letters do mention to allow them 4 months time to review your communications. I think one should not sound desperate, i hope you understand.
BG check at this stage involve security checks I guess, waisay they can do verification at any stage, agreed with that

If you haven't submitted IELTS results, or attempted for IELTS, pl. go for it forthwith and send the results to update your docs. Did you mention in your application that you will be going for english test?

Most of the applicants have recently been asked to submit updated form, PCC and RPRF but NO MR was sent to them. Same thing happended to me as well.
My opinion is that this might be due to preoccupation of registered med practioners and non availability of appointments within reasonable time and could also be deferred on med practnrs request due to overload. As you are aware that med reports are to be submitted with 60 days of the request.

Dear I suggest u should post this comment on refugee forum as here people are more aware of normal immigration processes... Well I can confirm u one thing, people from sect u belong to, do get asylum as I know some....
With due respect Arsh, I would refrain from commenting because in my opinion the post is unethical as it seeks forum opinion / input on illegal means of entering Canada. Hope you understand.

Dear senior members:
In my case as you know I was asked to submit updated bio pages of valid passport along with new forms, updated police certificates, rprf, med reports and supp travel info. Would I be right to assume that asking for updated bio page of passport tantamount to PPR-1 or is it my wishful thinking?
Shall appreciate forum input.

Dear that is why I respectfully asked him to refer any other forum as we are discussing and doing hand holding on normal process only.. Asylum and refuge is not unethical, considering his desperation, I guided him that he could get that as Canadian govt has policy for it... Never commented on ways of illegal entry ...

I think you need to go through medical within 60 days....its not necessary that your medical should reach VO within this period. One of my friend went through medical on 58th day ..... with the suggestion of his canadian lawyer (David Cohen). Regards

Same was asked from me as well (passport copies).....and I did my medical on 16th April....I am seeking the same answer. However just going through one of forum friend's PPR1, he was asked to provide pictures as well (scanned copies of those pictures are pasted on visa for verification).
