Means, so far you have not been asked to submit the Medicals but RPRF and updated forms??? If that is so, that very rare cuz Medicals and RPRF and usually requested together...., also post when did the CIC request you to submit the docs???
Most of the applicants have recently been asked to submit updated form, PCC and RPRF but NO MR was sent to them. Same thing happended to me as well. |

Tell you what, you need not worry about the chances of rejection at this stage of the process at all, just hope for the best and keep the fingers positively crossed, as it takes around 3-4 months conventionally to get the process done. May i know your NOC code or Profession??? Does it really take 3-4 months as you mentioned to receive MR after sending required updated document. Recently one member Khalid who sent his document on 04/04/12 was sent his MR papers. In his case, it took around 1 month. |

I Think we are in same boat, as i sent my all updated documents on 20 March 2012 but still waiting for medical instructions.
some people are getting it withing a 1 month but some are receiving very late. so hope for the best keep praying to Allah INSHALLAH everything will be good. |

Dear I suggest u should post this comment on refugee forum as here people are more aware of normal immigration processes... Well I can confirm u one thing, people from sect u belong to, do get asylum as I know some....
Yes.. very true.. infact many of my friends have migrated to Australia to obtain Asylum. But the way they traveled is horrible. Many died in feb on a way to Australia via sea (Those people were from Quetta).. so dear alimohsin110 i suggest you to rethink your strategy and find a proper way. God bless you! |
