It is surprisingly come to know through a letter received from VO-London saying that I have not submitted my full application to CHC London within 120 days after received a positive assessment from CIO. Therefore my eligibility has determined as negative and they have closed my file with the information that the my refund will be given in 8 to 12 weeks. Furthermore, they advised to file new application according to current rules of the time.
However, my ECAS status was showing as below since November 2010.
We received your application for permanent residence on May 28, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 13, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on April 27, 2012. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 27, 2012.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
It is shocked that how can that be possible when their ECAS data and letter are contradicting to each other.
Senior, please advise what to do with this matter.

Someone Please guide me as to how much time does it take for the CIC Uk to proceed further from PPR Step 1 to PPR Step 2, i mean how long does it take for the CIC Islamabad to issue the visa after the Step 1 docs are sent to UK??? Thanks... |

Dear All 6 to 12 months club members,
If anyone of you get CAIPS, please do share about whether a selection decision was made when the letter was issued. This is very important in order to save ourselves from "shar" of Kaloo mama.
Yes i know 1 applicant on this forum he got 6 to 12 month wait letter in March and in the end on April 2012 he got his caips report.

Don't know it can be answered by CAIPS only... I dont think anyone who got these letters ordered CAIPS yet...
I have also recieved my CAPS notes yesterday, my PSDEC is 1 (passed) and SELDEC is 4 (means interview waived) with the date 13-03-2012 and following is the scored point (75)
Age 10
Experience 21
Education 25
Arrange Emp 00
Language 10
Adaptability 09 (5 for Relative in Canada and 4 for Spouse Education)
Total 75

3 working days to reach my ppr1 requirements ... Rs 2500 from RWP Mine also reached there in 2two days vis DHL @ PKR 3450/ from Islamabad

that means Paper screening decision is passed and Bring forward date of this file will be july 2012.... So hopefully and inshallah this chap will get his medicals issued in July 2012 |

DEAR FRIENDS
Today i recieved back passports with VISA and COPR.
Alhamdulillah, whole process went very smoothly and completed in around 10 month.
Thank you very much of all forum members really helped and encourge during hardships.
Also thankful for all ur prayers and dua's.
May ALLAH help & bless all of us for what is good and right.

This is still alarming. I hope that we get SLDEC 1 or 4 as well before June 2012. In June Kaloo mama is going to change rules and will then apply these retrospectively. Phir kiya ho ga kalia |

The pre Feb 2008 applicants cases, which were not reviewed and VO didnt make any decision yet were returned... however as per new updates...
