sorry my friend but did your refusal letter had the correct file number.
Thanks. File reference was correct. But, my application has not processed so, how they make it refuse. Technically, it is not refuse as it has been considered incomplete application and acknowledged to make refund in 8 to 12 weeks. Please comment. Tks |

There is nor need to worry if you have received an official acknowledgement (2nd AOR) of your complete file to London Office. Sometime due to some bug in their system they are unable to attach CIO file number with new file number issued by London visa office. In this case you can simple email them attaching a letter of acknowledgement and they will revert back to you.

Mine also reached there in 2two days vis DHL @ PKR 3450/ from Islamabad
I sent my Letter to LVO via TCS on 2 may , it was reached there on 8 may ,they charged me 2500 PKR |

It is surprisingly come to know through a letter received from VO-London saying that I have not submitted my full application to CHC London within 120 days after received a positive assessment from CIO. Therefore my eligibility has determined as negative and they have closed my file with the information that the my refund will be given in 8 to 12 weeks. Furthermore, they advised to file new application according to current rules of the time.
However, my ECAS status was showing as below since November 2010.
We received your application for permanent residence on May 28, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 13, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on April 27, 2012. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 27, 2012.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
It is shocked that how can that be possible when their ECAS data and letter are contradicting to each other.
Senior, please advise what to do with this matter.

You have mentioned in your profile that you did not submit any IELTS result but only "WRITTEN STATEMENT", as far as i know written statement can be given for your second official language for the first one third party exam results (such as IELTS) must be presented. In the case of written submission the visa officer has authority to accept or reject it, secondly written statement is accepted from individuals living in a country where that language is spoken. I believe that your IELTS result is missing and that is the reason why they have refused your application. |
